2022-4-17 EXPLAINING HOW INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACTUALLY WORKS
[0:00 - 0:16] [Silence]
[0:16 - 0:22] What is up YouTube? And we have one troll down.
[0:22 - 0:28] [Silence]
[0:28 - 0:39] But I'm not here to just ban trolls. I'm here to speak of something that is a very common misconception,
[0:39 - 0:49] a very common misconception that people have about copyright and intellectual property that I did not even know about
[0:49 - 0:58] until I came across Michael Hacking aka Live Giant Media Films.
[0:58 - 1:07] He explained it to me like this, and this is actually going out to you Krip K, Michael Krip K, this is going out to you man.
[1:07 - 1:15] And I'm not calling you out or anything, I'm just helping you out so that you can be better versed
[1:15 - 1:26] in what intellectual property is and how copyrights actually work for not just things that you write,
[1:26 - 1:36] not just music, but in businesses. Like if you start a business type shit, that way your ass can stay protected
[1:36 - 1:43] from being put through what I got put through over these last few years.
[1:43 - 1:51] See, a lot of people think that you can just up and take whatever you want, right?
[1:51 - 1:58] Like people seem to think that you can just up and take whatever you want when it comes to YouTube,
[1:58 - 2:06] but that's not how it works. That's not how intellectual property really works.
[2:06 - 2:15] See, if you start, like let's say that you're a music artist, and you write a song and you put that on YouTube,
[2:15 - 2:23] from the minute that you write that song to the minute that you put it on YouTube,
[2:23 - 2:29] from the minute you write that song to the moment that you put it on YouTube,
[2:29 - 2:36] that stuff is intellectually your property.
[2:36 - 2:45] Like let's say that you film a video of your cat, okay? Let's say you film a video of your cat.
[2:45 - 2:52] The minute that you turn that camera on and you film your cat, that is your intellectual property.
[2:52 - 3:00] Same thing goes with a business. If you start up a business and you come up with the logo design and the name,
[3:00 - 3:06] that business by all legal standards is your intellectual property.
[3:06 - 3:11] That company and that name belong to you.
[3:11 - 3:13] Straight up.
[3:14 - 3:33] [Silence]
[3:33 - 3:43] Like straight up, you do not have to have any kind of contract to own a business.
[3:43 - 3:57] Like seriously, from the minute that you create a business name, that company belongs to you.
[3:57 - 4:09] I own Axe-Kick Productions, okay? I am the sole owner of Axe-Kick Productions, okay?
[4:09 - 4:19] I am the sole owner of that company. That brand name is, by all legal standards, my intellectual property.
[4:19 - 4:28] I have the date and the time that it was created. I have down who it was created by.
[4:28 - 4:32] Therefore, that company belongs to myself.
[4:32 - 4:38] Like Crip-K. Let's put it this way, bro. Let's say that you started a skateboard company, okay?
[4:38 - 4:42] And I'm using a skateboard company because I know you're a fan of skating just like I am.
[4:42 - 4:52] Let's say that you started a skateboard company called Crip-K Skateboards or Crip Skateboards, okay?
[4:52 - 4:56] Let's say that you make the logo. You make the boards.
[4:56 - 5:03] That company is intellectually your property because you are the one that created the name.
[5:03 - 5:07] You are the one making the boards. You are the one doing the stuff.
[5:07 - 5:16] So, by all legal standards, that property is intellectually your property.
[5:16 - 5:22] And that is not true. And that's the thing. I own the LLC. I own that shit.
[5:22 - 5:27] I actually have a trademark and registered. You can even look it up.
[5:27 - 5:35] I own that name and that company.
[5:35 - 5:41] I actually have that company registered under the LLC.
[5:41 - 5:46] I have that shit registered and coffee written. You can look it up.
[5:46 - 5:51] Matter of fact, you can add selectarian media films yourself if you don't believe me.
[5:51 - 5:58] I sat there and watched him register that company under my name.
[5:58 - 6:04] And the reason why I had him do it for me is because of the fact that I don't know how to go about doing it.
[6:04 - 6:07] So, he helped me do it.
[6:07 - 6:13] Therefore, I am the sole owner of Axe Kick Productions.
[6:13 - 6:21] So, to that fake ass that wants to act like he's a badass, you ain't shit.
[6:21 - 6:25] All you are is a dumbass.
[6:25 - 6:45] And actually, I'm glad that you brought up fair use laws.
[6:45 - 6:52] Fair use laws. This is something that a lot of people have a very big misconception on.
[6:52 - 6:56] A very big misconception on.
[6:56 - 6:59] And I'm glad you brought that up.
[6:59 - 7:08] Because fair use is the one thing that motherfuckers do not seem to understand that apply to everyone.
[7:08 - 7:13] It doesn't just apply to me. It just doesn't apply to you guys. Fair use.
[7:13 - 7:30] Alright, let me put this. Let me put it this way. If you take and you give credit to the person when it comes to that kind of shit, that is fair use.
[7:30 - 7:41] Like, let's say that I use an instrumental.
[7:41 - 7:46] Now, you know how every time I use an instrumental, I say the person's name.
[7:46 - 7:53] I usually say props to this person or props to said producer.
[7:53 - 7:57] That falls under fair use.
[7:57 - 8:10] What is not fair use is when someone takes someone else's word and does not credit them, does not mention their name at all, does not do this or that.
[8:10 - 8:16] And actually, yes, I do.
[8:16 - 8:29] I do give credit where credit is due.
[8:29 - 8:41] With every instrumental I use, which is from a very select few people that I actually enjoy the music of, I give them credit.
[8:41 - 9:02] I always say props to this person that makes it fair use. If you do not credit the person for the work that you are reviewing or doing, that is considered copyright infringement.
[9:02 - 9:09] All of which Marty has done to me over the last four years.
[9:09 - 9:18] He has not done fair use. He has not gone through the proper stuff.
[9:18 - 9:40] What I do is considered fair use. Whenever I do a hip-hop song, whenever I do an instrumental by another artist, whenever I use one of their instrumentals, I say props to this person or shout out to this person or shout out to whatever band.
[9:40 - 9:53] That is considered fair use. Now, as I said, when it comes to intellectual property, I am the sole owner of Axe Kick Productions.
[9:53 - 10:09] I have all the documentation done out. It is all set in stone. I am the sole owner. I am the creator of Axe Kick Productions.
[10:09 - 10:19] I am the sole owner. I am the sole proprietor. I am the person that owes Axe Kick Productions. The company is my brand.
[10:19 - 10:30] Okay? Now, this is a fair warning out there to anybody that thinks that they are going to try to steal my name.
[10:30 - 10:45] Go write a fucking head because if you do, I can and will get you on copyright infringement because at that point you are not trying to do fair use.
[10:45 - 10:57] You're just blatantly out to try to sabotage my name. So therefore, you are committing copyright infringement.
[10:57 - 11:09] You are blatantly committing copyright infringement if you proceed to take my brand and my company and claim it for yourself.
[11:09 - 11:18] Matter of fact, you can actually ask the man himself who helped me found Axe Kick Productions.
[11:18 - 11:27] Alright? You can ask why try and media films yourselves. You guys can hit him up. You can talk to him.
[11:27 - 11:37] He will tell you that I am the sole owner of Axe Kick Productions. He will tell you for himself.
[11:37 - 11:43] I own the brand. I own the company and the LLC.
[11:43 - 11:54] So this is a fair warning to anybody out there that thinks that they are going to fuck me over. It is not going to motherfucking happen.
[12:06 - 12:18] Now, now that I got that out of the way, let's see what I really came here to do and ban all you dumb little fucking trolls.
[12:30 - 12:38] Which is quite a bit of you, but I do not mind. And by the way, I'm glad you guys showed up because you all fell for my fucking trap.
[12:38 - 12:53] Now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now.
[13:02 - 13:16] You all thought I was just going to sit here and not ban you fucking trolls. You're out of your goddamn mind. Yo, Igne, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, yo, Iggy, Iggy, Iggy, Iggy, what up?
[13:16 - 13:29] Yo, IgneMatic, what up, dude?
[13:29 - 13:53] Oh, I love you trolls. You guys think you're so smart. Yeah, y'all getting banned.
[13:56 - 14:09] Oh, I'm throwing the Van Hammer down tonight. I love it. I am throwing the Van Hammer at you motherfuckers.
[14:09 - 14:19] Oh, sorry, Kevin. My bad, bro. I did not mean to ban you. I was trying to man.
[14:24 - 14:27] Anybody that is a troll is getting banned.
[14:27 - 14:56] Oh, I love this shit.
[14:56 - 15:01] Yo, pussy trolls are getting the Van Hammer tonight, man.
[15:12 - 15:26] Before I ban you, you want to say how dumb I am? How ignorant are you? Obviously, you're very ignorant and I'm not as stupid as you think.
[15:26 - 15:38] Oh, man, y'all trolls are dwindling down, baby. Yeah, dwindling down, baby.
[15:39 - 15:58] Yo, Prep Boy, what up, man?
[16:05 - 16:15] Oh, I love the trolls. I love a good troll brand, a troll band spree. My favorite part of the day, getting rid of the morons.
[16:32 - 16:36] I love a good band and spree, man.
[16:36 - 16:43] By the way, a shout out to my homies of the motherfucking VU crew, man.
[16:57 - 17:10] Now, that is true. That one right there about the comment about their use. That is true. But at the same time, you do have to credit the person, which is something that Marty fails to do.
[17:10 - 17:35] Oh, I love a good troll banning in the evening. What a good way to end off my evening, man.
[17:35 - 18:01] I love a good troll banning in the evening.
[18:01 - 18:10] And go ahead. You can try to use it against me. I wonder if they're going to fucking work, you morons.
[18:10 - 18:25] It is not going to work.
[18:25 - 18:36] Holy shit, there's a lot of you motherfuckers to ban.
[18:36 - 18:54] But hey, I don't mind. I do not mind going on a band spree.
[18:54 - 19:05] And it's perfectly fine with me, bruh. Yo, Brian, what up, dude?
[19:05 - 19:34] Oh, trust me. I'm going to be a little bit more of a fan.
[19:34 - 19:50] Trust me, I've got every single thing on lock as far as documentation goes.
[19:50 - 20:11] I have everything on lock. Yo, goofy little trolls, you really think you're going to get away with trolling me again? Not a chance.
[20:11 - 20:23] I'm then hammering the fuck out of these trolls. I love it.
[20:23 - 20:36] And zero TX. Oh, look, it's the moron that can't spell.
[20:36 - 21:05] Ah, spawn a removal, the angel dumbass.
[21:05 - 21:17] Monsters to flames. That's all you guys are. This dude right here, this Kevin dude, actually put it perfectly.
[21:17 - 21:30] You trolls are like a moth to a flame. Y'all think that you're coming in and being all smart, but really, you're not.
[21:30 - 21:56] Yeah, more like you're trying to impersonate me, but you know what they say? Intimidation is the sincerest form of flattery, bruh.
[21:56 - 22:06] Oh, what was that about a coconut? I see something about a fucking coconut. What was that shit?
[22:06 - 22:35] Yeah, yo gone. Hey, Casper, I got a job. It's called music. Fuck nuts. What do you do? Sit in your mom's basement and jerk off all day?
[22:35 - 22:59] Oh, you mean like you, Lava? Peace.
[22:59 - 23:09] I don't care if anybody is streaming me.
[23:09 - 23:17] Oh, I love a good banning in the evening.
[23:17 - 23:24] Yeah, you're right, dude. He actually does, but I'm not going to fight it.
[23:24 - 23:45] Man, y'all are really triggered that I'm putting the ban on y'all, man. Y'all, man. Y'all triggered.
[23:45 - 24:02] Exactly. And matter of fact, you're actually right. Okey, whatever your name is. But you're right about that. And matter of fact, the guy that helped me get it set up is actually hooking me up with the lawyer very, very soon. So, yeah.
[24:02 - 24:27] I love this comment, man.
[24:27 - 24:46] Martin is a good kick in the candles now. More like that dude is a good fucking kick in the goddamn balls. For real.
[24:46 - 25:10] Oh, God, but you know, I love it.
[25:10 - 25:22] Oh, man. Y'all getting banned tonight, boy. You guys are literally following for the trap, and it's funny, man.
[25:22 - 25:39] Like you trolls legitimately fell for my fucking trap. Now, yes, a lot of what I spoke was true, but it's like, yo.
[25:39 - 25:47] Yo, X, what up?
[25:47 - 25:55] No, I'm not actually heard of that drink.
[25:55 - 26:02] You know, guess what? I can sit here all night and ban you guys.
[26:02 - 26:16] I can sit here all fucking night and ban you guys. That is not an issue.
[26:16 - 26:32] Not as you get rid of all the trolls like you.
[26:32 - 26:45] Johnny, classic. Peace. Yo, Sharon, what? Yo, Sharon, hold up. Let me mod your ass, girly.
[26:45 - 27:01] There you go.
[27:01 - 27:21] Lex, what up?
[27:21 - 27:26] No, I don't keep feeding you. I just keep banning you.
[27:26 - 27:40] Hey, yo, Sharon, Lex, you don't want to give me a hand with a band hammer here?
[27:40 - 27:50] Ah, sneaky Jimmy.
[27:50 - 27:59] Why don't I drink alcohol? That's easy, because I don't like alcohol.
[27:59 - 28:06] Dude, if you're talking about the package I'm getting here in a couple weeks from Live Giant Media Films, I already know what it is.
[28:06 - 28:26] And y'all will either find out tomorrow or Tuesday.
[28:26 - 28:38] Oh, I love these trolls, man. I love a good troll banding in the morning and in the evening. I love it. I love a good band session of the trolls.
[28:38 - 28:45] Yes, I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it.
[28:45 - 29:04] Y'all troll style, y'all will be in slick, huh? Just shows that I was a step ahead of you, dumb fucks. Y'all thought I was dumb. Bitch, please.
[29:04 - 29:29] Glorion hole's always unhinged. Yo, have Easter, man. Yo, Sharon, you better believe it, man. Getting rid of all these dumb-ass trolls. Don't know what the fuck we're talking about.
[29:29 - 29:37] Ah, matter of fact, I've got some for y'all. I've got a little something for y'all, for the trolls, man.
[29:37 - 29:51] Y'all want to talk shit? This is the kind of shit y'all are going to get hit with right here. Hold up.
[29:51 - 30:03] This kind of shit y'all about to hear is what y'all are going to get hit with, boy.
[30:03 - 30:13] You know what? Let me give a mad fucking shout out to the homie Ryan O Church on this track, man. If y'all ain't heard Ryan O Church, go check this motherfucker out, man.
[30:13 - 30:19] But to me, this is what you trolls are. Like, what he talks about in this song, this is y'all trolls.
[30:20 - 30:29] Church, young back, motherfuckers. They mad 'cause my little fucking profile picture ain't popping up on their stories.
[30:29 - 30:55] Church! Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes now, man.
[30:55 - 31:23] Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes now, man.
[31:23 - 31:51] Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes!
[31:51 - 32:19] Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes now, y'all.
[32:19 - 32:47] Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes now, man.
[32:47 - 33:13] Look at these dudes! Look at these dudes now, man.
[33:13 - 33:21] You get the fucking hit now, man? All y'all trolls ain't fucking shit. For real, man. All y'all do is this.
[33:21 - 33:28] All fucking that, that's all you fucking do.
[33:28 - 33:38] For real, that's all you motherfucking do is yip, yip, yip, yip. Y'all ain't gonna fucking chihuahua, man. Y'all trolls don't know when to shut the fuck up.
[33:38 - 33:44] Like, for real, that's all you trolls do is just yip, yip, yip, yip, yip, yip, yip, yip.
[33:44 - 33:52] And then y'all have the nerve to think that you know what you're talking about when it comes to the legal shit, when it comes to music and doing this and that.
[33:52 - 33:59] Trust you, I did my research on YouTube. I know what the fuck to do. I know what the fuck I'm talking about.
[33:59 - 34:21] So, there's that.
[34:21 - 34:31] I love a good troll bandit in the evening, man. I love it, I love it, I love it.
[34:31 - 34:43] Ain't nothing better than watching the trolls get mad, bruh. Y'all trolls mad, B. You're fucking pissed. And I love it.
[34:43 - 34:58] See, y'all talk shit because you know you're wrong in what you're saying. You're mad.
[34:58 - 35:08] Buffalo, you say I ain't shit? Who's the one that's got almost a thousand subs, motherfucker? You probably got, like, minus ten subs.
[35:08 - 35:18] Actually, I probably got, like, minus a million. You probably got, like, negative two thousand subs or some shit. So, just saying, bruh.
[35:18 - 35:46] Um, by the way, for anybody out there that wants to know who I really am on the inside,
[35:46 - 35:54] well, first I want to give a huge shout out to All Elite Wrestling for making this dope ass video.
[35:54 - 36:05] But I want to give an even bigger shout out to this man right here, Darby Allen. This guy, Darby Allen, how he is, is how I am inside.
[36:05 - 36:19] Which is, you'll see why my new upcoming album is going to be named Relentless. So, let me give y'all a little sneak peek inside my motherfucking head.
[36:19 - 36:30] I don't know what's going on with me.
[36:30 - 36:33] Let me give y'all a little peek inside my brain.
[36:33 - 36:44] It's just that feeling of how quick life can just change. It's that feeling of how everything can get turned upside down.
[36:44 - 36:53] I was five years old. My uncle came in to pick me up through.
[36:53 - 37:00] Little did I know, he was drinking.
[37:00 - 37:13] About a few hours in this road trip, he lost control of the wheel, and he died.
[37:13 - 37:17] But I'm still here.
[37:17 - 37:27] I paint my face because 50% of me is dead inside. The trust for humans, the respect for humans.
[37:27 - 37:34] It's dead. That's why I paint my face like I do.
[37:34 - 37:43] It's not a gimmick. It's not for "ha ha, look at me, I'm a bad motherfucker." It's how I feel.
[37:43 - 37:53] See, I got Relentless tattooed on the back of my neck last week. It means never stop. Keep moving forward.
[37:53 - 38:02] I get some fear. He's severely depressed if I'm not doing something. If I'm not moving.
[38:02 - 38:11] It's a drive. It's a hunger. It's a want. A want to be better than you were yesterday.
[38:11 - 38:19] Be all that you can be. Don't settle for others' expectations of you, others' labels of you.
[38:19 - 38:23] Be what you knew you could be.
[38:23 - 38:27] I would do these crazy stunts sometimes by myself.
[38:27 - 38:38] I would set up a tripod and I'd jump off a U sculpture. No one was around and I'd break my foot and have to sit on my skateboard and push my way home for five miles.
[38:38 - 38:53] I felt I wanted an audience to experience my pain. I wanted an audience to see what I would go through and what I'm willing to put myself through.
[38:53 - 38:59] It was skating. I couldn't tell my story the way I wanted to tell it.
[38:59 - 39:06] Wrestling gave me that outlet and I never looked back.
[39:06 - 39:17] Ever since that car accident, whether what I filmed for MTV or what I filmed for Tony Hawk, it's that reckless, "I just didn't care."
[39:17 - 39:30] But the moment you get a taste of people accepting your craziness, now you can find a place to fit in.
[39:30 - 39:40] People come up to me and they say, "You should really tone it down, Dory. Be safe."
[39:40 - 39:51] Unfortunately, I don't know if I have that switch. Does that scare me? Yes. That's all I've ever known.
[39:51 - 40:00] I've always felt this relentless hunger to just get the most out of life because you never know what's going to happen.
[40:00 - 40:16] The ultimate goal at AW is to be accepted for me and that's all I've ever wanted in my whole life, is just to be accepted for me.
[40:17 - 40:28] And there you go. That's me in a motherfucking nutshell.
[40:28 - 40:41] You know, people think they have this view of me, but let me tell you right now, that view that you guys have of me is very twisted and very messed up.
[40:41 - 40:48] See, you can ask Sarah, you can ask anybody that knows me outside of YouTube.
[40:48 - 40:57] I'm not that asshole that people make me out to be. I'm actually a very nice guy.
[40:57 - 41:06] But yet you guys don't want to see that. No. All you guys want to see is this version of me that you have painted.
[41:06 - 41:14] Well, let me tell you, that version of me that you have painted is not who I am.
[41:14 - 41:21] That version of me that you guys have painted and put all over the internet, that's not who I am.
[41:21 - 41:27] That's only what you want me to be. That's what you want to see.
[41:27 - 41:37] That version of me that you guys have created is not who I am. That's never who I've been.
[41:37 - 41:47] That version of me that you guys have created is so far from the truth that it's insane.
[41:51 - 42:00] See, you guys think that just because whatever's on the internet, that makes you think that you know who I am, but that's far from the truth.
[42:00 - 42:17] Imagine losing your older brother to cancer, and the last time you see him is him being walked out on a fucking stretcher.
[42:17 - 42:23] Never to see him again. Let me show you something.
[42:23 - 42:34] Let me show you what I have left of my older brother.
[42:36 - 42:52] You see this piece of paper right here with this hospital number and this room number. This piece of paper is all I have left of my older brother.
[42:52 - 43:02] This is all I have left of my brother, is this piece of paper with the hospital number and his room number on it.
[43:02 - 43:12] That's all I got left. That's all I got left of him. That's all I got left.
[43:16 - 43:28] You guys think you know who I am. You guys sit there and you poke fun and you laugh and you try to make me out to be this person that you think I am.
[43:28 - 43:37] But really, you don't know the hell that I've been through over the last four fucking years. You really don't fucking know.
[43:39 - 43:47] And if any of you dumb fucks had even the slightest clue, you'd be shutting your goddamn mouth.
[43:47 - 43:56] You really don't fucking get it.
[44:03 - 44:16] You know, for the first time in four years, I was able to grieve over people that I've lost over the last four years that are no longer with us.
[44:16 - 44:29] I have been through so much torture and so much fucking hell over the last four years that I haven't had time to breathe. I haven't had time to grieve over people that I've lost.
[44:30 - 44:33] People that I've cared about that have died.
[44:33 - 44:41] I haven't had time to process this fucking hell that you dumb trolls have put me in.
[44:41 - 44:48] You guys think you know pain, but you know nothing.
[44:48 - 44:56] You think you know true pain, but trust me when I say you don't know what real pain fucking is.
[44:57 - 45:00] You have no clue what real pain is.
[45:00 - 45:11] You don't know what it's like to sit on the other side of that fucking screen and be attacked and bullied every fucking day.
[45:11 - 45:16] By people that don't even fucking know who you are.
[45:16 - 45:25] Every day for the last four years, I have been put through fucking hell.
[45:26 - 45:32] But there's one difference that sets me apart from everyone else.
[45:32 - 45:35] And you know what that is?
[45:35 - 45:47] It's the fact that as many times as you fucking trolls have put me at rock bottom, I've become comfortable there.
[45:48 - 45:55] See, that's the difference between me and you guys. You fucking trolls. That's the difference between me and you.
[45:55 - 46:03] It's that I'm just fine at rock bottom. Not that I'm comfortable there. I'm very comfortable at rock bottom.
[46:07 - 46:20] As many times as you guys are trying to tear me down and ruin my name by dragging my family into your bullshit, by attacking anybody that fucking stands up for me, what have I done?
[46:20 - 46:28] Every time I have come back stronger and fought back over and over and over and over.
[46:29 - 46:35] Every time you fucking moronic trolls have fought with me, I have come back.
[46:35 - 46:39] Every time you shut me down, I come back.
[46:39 - 46:50] Every time you take away my channel or you try to steal shit from me and make my life that much harder, guess what I do? I come back.
[46:50 - 46:55] Because fighting is all I've ever known in my entire life.
[46:56 - 46:59] I've been fighting since the day I was fucking born.
[46:59 - 47:04] So fighting is all I fucking know.
[47:04 - 47:10] Fussing my ass working hard is all I fucking know.
[47:10 - 47:19] You trolls think that you fucking know me, but you don't know shit about me.
[47:19 - 47:23] You don't know my life outside of YouTube.
[47:24 - 47:33] Some of you do, some of you very few, like Lex Key and Seren know my real life.
[47:33 - 47:39] People like Jasmine Monique know my real life.
[47:39 - 47:48] My close friends like my brother Jake know my real life.
[47:50 - 47:58] People like my best friend Nylot, who's like my little brother, knows my real life.
[47:58 - 48:09] But you trolls don't see the anguish and the nights that I lay down at night wondering why am I here?
[48:13 - 48:21] You don't see the pain and suffering that I deal with every fucking night and every fucking day of the week.
[48:21 - 48:25] Because of what you guys fucking put me through.
[48:25 - 48:33] But like I said, that's okay.
[48:41 - 48:50] You trolls really think you know me, but really all you know is something that's fake that you've made up in your fucking minds.
[48:50 - 48:56] You guys have made up in your heads this vision of me that's false.
[48:56 - 49:05] This vision that everybody has of me is so fucking false that it's pathetic.
[49:08 - 49:11] You guys think you know who I really am.
[49:11 - 49:21] But let me tell you, people like Seren have sat there and watched me bawl my eyes out for hours on end.
[49:21 - 49:29] Wishing that this fucking bullying would stop.
[49:30 - 49:39] Wishing and hoping that someday all this fucking hell that I've been through would go the fuck away.
[49:39 - 49:53] Now I don't know why you guys or Marty decided to attack me or target me and I really don't care.
[49:56 - 50:02] But what I do care about is being better than I was four years ago.
[50:02 - 50:20] All I care about is putting my music out there and telling my story the way that it deserves to be told and being able to provide and make a living for my family that gave me everything.
[50:23 - 50:28] Because let me tell you, if it wasn't for my family, I would not be alive today.
[50:28 - 50:34] Today I was born was the day I was supposed to die.
[50:34 - 50:39] And I mean that very literally.
[50:39 - 50:48] When I was born, I was born one pound ten ounces with one kidney and one very severely underdeveloped lung.
[50:49 - 50:58] My head was the size of my fist and my arms and legs were the size of my pinky.
[51:01 - 51:21] My skin was so translucent and so thin that the doctors had to round me in saran wrap up to my fucking head and put me back in the incubator for six fucking months so that my skin could thicken up.
[51:21 - 51:30] And that entire fucking time I had tubes coming out of my head, out of my neck, out of my body.
[51:30 - 51:48] And then after I got out of the incubator at six months old, from that time until the time I was five years old, I was on an oxygen tank every day of my fucking life.
[51:48 - 51:53] The day I was born was the day I was supposed to die.
[51:53 - 51:58] The doctors gave me a one percent chance at surviving.
[51:59 - 52:11] The doctors told me I wouldn't make it until the next morning. They gave me only a one percent chance of survival.
[52:12 - 52:28] But yet, here I am thirty-one years later, surviving, living, telling my story.
[52:36 - 52:45] Like I said, you trolls think that you know who I am. You don't know anything.
[52:45 - 52:58] All you know is what you think of me. But what you think of me isn't who I really am.
[52:58 - 53:15] You see, when I was a kid, my parents got divorced after my dad got out of the military.
[53:16 - 53:32] And from that point on, from six years old and up, my mom raised me on her own as a single mother.
[53:33 - 53:49] So my dad was never really around. I just sat there from the time I was a kid until about 2014 when I visited him last.
[53:50 - 54:03] I had to watch my own dad drink his life into a shithole of a depression.
[54:04 - 54:18] It hurt me because my dad served in the military. And seeing my dad go from being this honorable man that I looked up to, to being a drunk piece of shit, it hurt me. Bad.
[54:18 - 54:22] It destroyed me so bad.
[54:27 - 54:37] And then for someone like Marty to get my biological father involved in his fucking selfish games is bullshit.
[54:38 - 54:53] Yeah, my biological father may have done what he did thirty-some years ago, but that did not give him the right to do what he fucking did, to cost my biological father his fucking job.
[54:54 - 55:05] Or to cost me the record deal that I had with Machiavelli Records, a record deal that I had only dreamed of being on since I was a kid.
[55:05 - 55:11] Or to take away the jobs that I've had with my friends.
[55:11 - 55:20] Or to pester someone into making me look like a pedophile, which I am not.
[55:20 - 55:41] Like I said, you guys think that you know what true pain is, but you will never know what true pain is until you've lived in my fucking shoes, until you've been through the things that I've been through.
[55:42 - 55:52] I've lost friends to drugs.
[55:52 - 56:03] Back in 2020, I lost the love of my life to health issues, somebody who I was supposed to spend the rest of my life with.
[56:03 - 56:11] I lost my best friend from high school to a fucking murder in his family's pizza shop.
[56:12 - 56:19] I lost my mentor in music to a drug overdose.
[56:19 - 56:31] And now I slowly have to watch the one person that I grew up with waste her fucking life away on that spreading rumors about me that aren't fucking true.
[56:31 - 56:40] And that shit hurts.
[56:41 - 56:59] And amongst all that, dealing with abusive relationships for eight plus years, dealing with mentally and verbally and emotionally abusive relationships for eight plus years on top of everything else.
[56:59 - 57:07] You guys think that you know me, but you don't.
[57:08 - 57:14] You fucking asshole trolls don't know jack shit about me.
[57:14 - 57:20] You don't know how hard I've had it.
[57:20 - 57:30] You guys have had shit handed out to you, but everything I've done, I've had to work my ass off for every fucking day.
[57:31 - 57:37] Every day I've had to work my ass off for everything that I fucking got.
[57:37 - 57:48] When I was a kid, if I wanted something, I didn't have it handed to me, I worked my ass off for it.
[57:48 - 57:54] Everything I've got now, I didn't have handed to me, I worked my ass off for it.
[57:54 - 57:58] I never had any handouts like that.
[57:59 - 58:03] Everything I have gotten, I have worked my fucking ass off for.
[58:03 - 58:11] That money that Marty stole from me and cost me, I worked my ass off for.
[58:11 - 58:21] I want to tell you, I've been on YouTube since 2009.
[58:24 - 58:33] And I've never in my whole career of being on YouTube, have I ever seen a fucked up community like the troll community.
[58:33 - 58:39] Let me tell you, I have earned everything.
[58:39 - 58:47] I deserve that money that I've worked my ass off for for the last God knows how many years.
[58:48 - 58:56] Every day I upload, every day I create, every day I put out and I put out and I put out and I write.
[58:56 - 59:03] And I do everything I can to make a living for myself, all for what?
[59:03 - 59:10] For you dumb ass trolls to come along and take it away from me? No, not anymore.
[59:10 - 59:15] I'm taking what's mine, whether you fucking like it or not.
[59:17 - 59:23] You guys didn't work your ass off. And yes, I'm talking about you, Face Shaman.
[59:23 - 59:28] I'm talking about you, Marty.
[59:28 - 59:35] I'm talking about every single one of you motherfuckers that once said their claim that I ain't shit.
[59:35 - 59:41] That once said their late claim to my fucking content that I worked my ass off on.
[59:43 - 59:48] The content that should have been making me money this whole fucking time.
[59:48 - 59:56] The content that I have busted my ass off on relentlessly.
[60:11 - 60:18] Because of you guys and Marty, I learned the other day that I'm losing out on about 500 grand a year.
[60:18 - 60:24] In ad revenue, I am losing about 500 grand a year.
[60:24 - 60:29] Do you know what I could do with that money?
[60:31 - 60:40] I could help my family out. I could help get my mom that dream house that she's always wanted to get.
[60:40 - 60:47] I can get my dream car. I can do things that I want to do with my fucking life.
[60:47 - 60:58] I can build up my studio. I can give back to people that are giving me fucking everything.
[60:58 - 60:59] Everything.
[60:59 - 61:13] But yeah, all you guys want to do is sit there and take and take.
[61:13 - 61:18] And for what? What do you gain out of fucking with someone's life?
[61:18 - 61:23] What do you gain out of being a fake ass piece of shit?
[61:26 - 61:32] What do you gain out of being a bully? What do you gain out of being a fucking troll?
[61:32 - 61:38] What do you gain out of being a shitty human being?
[61:38 - 61:41] Nothing.
[61:41 - 61:45] You don't gain anything in the long run.
[61:45 - 61:51] All you do is make people suffer and I'm sick of seeing it.
[61:51 - 62:08] See, you guys think that you're so fucking smart and that you fucking know me. But really, you don't know jack shit.
[62:08 - 62:17] All you guys do is run around and hack and attack me.
[62:18 - 62:23] And then when someone stands up for me, you attack them.
[62:23 - 62:30] And you think you know who I am?
[62:30 - 62:39] You think that you have the right to attack people that stand up for me? No, the fuck you don't.
[62:40 - 63:06] [Silence]
[63:07 - 63:11] See, for me, it's not about what I do or don't have.
[63:11 - 63:19] When it comes to what I do, it's not about what I do or don't have.
[63:19 - 63:24] It's about what I'm able to do with what I have around me.
[63:24 - 63:32] It's what I'm able to make use of what I have at my disposal at that current fucking time.
[63:32 - 63:45] [Silence]
[63:45 - 64:00] All that matters to me is making my music and telling my story and making a living from my music, from my family and my friends, and being able to give back to those that gave me everything.
[64:01 - 64:06] Those that supported me. Those that have had my fucking back since day one.
[64:06 - 64:11] Those are the people that matter to me.
[64:28 - 64:32] And Throw Punch, you're very fucking wrong.
[64:32 - 64:41] What matters to me are those people that have had my fucking back.
[64:41 - 64:50] Those people that have had my fucking back since day one, those are the people that fucking matter to me.
[64:53 - 64:57] The people that have supported me when no one else did.
[64:57 - 65:02] When everyone else turned away from me because of you little bitch trolls.
[65:02 - 65:07] Those that stuck by me and had my mother fucking back.
[65:07 - 65:14] Those are the people that I fucking care about. Those are the people that matter to me.
[65:21 - 65:32] The ones that stood behind me and helped me and got me off my fucking ass and showed me that I have a real future on this platform.
[65:32 - 65:35] Those are the ones that matter to me.
[65:35 - 65:58] And you guys can sit there and say what you want to say about me.
[65:58 - 66:13] You trolls can say whatever the fuck you want about me.
[66:13 - 66:20] But really at the end of the day, you don't fucking know who I am.
[66:20 - 66:27] Like I said, you guys only see what you want to see.
[66:27 - 66:35] You only see what you assholes want to see.
[66:35 - 66:40] But in reality, you don't see who I really am.
[66:40 - 66:45] You don't see the hard work that goes into everything I do.
[66:45 - 66:52] You don't see the blood, the sweat, the tears that goes into every song that I have written.
[66:53 - 67:01] You don't see the hard work and the relentless hours that I spend rewriting and tearing down and redoing songs.
[67:01 - 67:06] Or all the songs that I record that don't get put out.
[67:06 - 67:19] You don't see the pain that I deal with waking up, viewing bullshit fucking comments from you assholes.
[67:22 - 67:41] You don't see the pain that I deal with on a daily basis of a loss, anguish, hurt, wanting to be better than I was just to get hit by a brick wall by you fucking assholes that think you know who I am.
[67:49 - 67:52] You don't know who the fuck I really am.
[67:52 - 68:03] You don't know the hell that I've been through because that little fuck fat ass means a bitch boy Marty and all you little trolls.
[68:03 - 68:13] And let me tell you, if I had it my way, I would have killed Marty a long time ago.
[68:16 - 68:21] If I had it my way, I would have murdered Marty and buried him six feet underground.
[68:21 - 68:29] If I had it my way, Marty would not be alive right now. He would be dead.
[68:29 - 68:35] He would not be alive and breathing if I had it my way.
[68:40 - 68:46] Because you guys don't see the pain that this psychotic man has caused me.
[68:46 - 68:56] You don't see the hurt and the pain this man has inflicted upon me, my family, and my friends.
[68:56 - 69:03] You don't understand the opportunities that this man has taken away from me.
[69:08 - 69:15] You don't understand the countless nights that I sit here and wonder how can I stop this fucking monster?
[69:15 - 69:24] How can I bring this motherfucker down and get what I have rightfully fucking worked my ass off for for the last four fucking years?
[69:24 - 69:33] For the last four fucking years, I have busted my fucking ass relentlessly non fucking stop.
[69:37 - 69:41] But you guys don't do that. You trolls don't do that.
[69:41 - 69:52] All you do is sit in your little face fits and type out fucking bullshit ass, dumb ass fucking comments that you think really matter.
[69:52 - 69:58] But really they don't matter because they are like you trolls.
[69:58 - 70:03] Your comments are just like you dumb ass trolls.
[70:04 - 70:10] They are garbage and they are worthless and they have no value and they hold no weight.
[70:10 - 70:18] But what I say holds weight. What I say holds value.
[70:18 - 70:25] See, I care about every single person that cares about me.
[70:28 - 70:36] Every single person that has shown me respect, has shown me love, has reached out to me and been there for me when no one else has.
[70:36 - 70:40] Those are the people that I can respect.
[70:40 - 70:47] The people that have had my back since day one.
[70:47 - 70:54] Those are the people that I care about. Those are the people that I give a fuck about.
[70:55 - 70:59] But you trolls don't mean a goddamn thing to me.
[70:59 - 71:14] Because all I see when I look at you are sad pathetic pieces of shit wanting to do something with their lives but not having the balls to get off your fucking asses and do something to make that change.
[71:17 - 71:30] All I see are a bunch of fucking pussy trolls that don't want to do anything with their lives and if you do you're too fucking chicken shit to get off your asses and fucking do something about it.
[71:30 - 71:37] And that's what makes me different from you.
[71:42 - 71:47] That's what separates me from you fucking assholes.
[71:47 - 71:57] It's the fact that I have the balls to get off my ass, fall flat on my face and start all again from rock bottom scratch.
[71:57 - 72:07] You can call me crazy, you can call me whatever you want.
[72:08 - 72:16] But at the end of the day, all you trolls are are pussies.
[72:16 - 72:29] You're a bunch of dumbasses that don't have the balls to get off your fucking ass and do something with your life for yourself.
[72:30 - 72:38] You tell me to get a job while you get off your fucking ass and get a job because I have a job.
[72:38 - 72:55] My job is YouTube. My job is my music. My job is helping people. My job is being a good friend, being a good brother, being a good son. That's my job.
[72:55 - 73:06] And if you don't like what I do, well guess what, there's plenty of other fucking channels to go fucking watch.
[73:06 - 73:14] If you don't like what I do, then go the fuck somewhere else.
[73:14 - 73:35] If you don't like what I do, go the fuck somewhere else.
[73:36 - 73:55] Because my music and my channel isn't for everyone. My channel and my music are for the weirdos like me, are for the, my music is for the weirdos, the outcasts like me that get pushed around by you assholes.
[73:58 - 74:09] My music and my channel is for the weirdos that ain't got shit, the same motherfuckers that you push around every fucking day.
[74:24 - 74:48] The music I do and the content I create is for that kid in the back of the class that gets made fun of, that gets attacked and gets bullied by people like you.
[74:48 - 75:08] My music and my content are for those that ain't got shit, for those that get bullied every day, for those that feel like they can't fucking do anything because of what you fucking retard assholes do to them.
[75:14 - 75:18] And you think you know who the fuck I am.
[76:01 - 76:09] You guys think that you know who I am, but it's funny because you don't know shit.
[76:09 - 76:21] And you can warn Marty, you can warn Lori Oll, you can warn Yoko, you can warn anyone.
[76:24 - 76:37] Tell anyone you want about this video, but let this be a warning for Yoko, for music biz Marty, for anyone that thinks they are going to stand in my way ever again.
[76:37 - 76:45] I will not be stopped, and I will not be walked on anymore.
[76:48 - 76:59] I will not be destroyed or belittled anymore. I will not be held back by you trolls. I will not let you trolls define who I become anymore.
[76:59 - 77:13] The only thing I'm going to let define me is me, my actions, my music, and most importantly, my friends and those that care about me.
[77:14 - 77:20] And if you can't handle that, well, I'm sorry to tell you.
[77:20 - 77:33] I don't care. I don't care what you trolls think of me. I don't care what your friends think of me.
[77:35 - 77:46] The only people I care about that have something to say about me are my friends and my true legitimate fans and those that have gotten my back.
[77:46 - 77:55] Those are the opinions that I give a fuck about, not the opinions of you sniveling little bitchy ass fucking trolls.
[77:58 - 78:08] So if you think for one second that I'm going to stand by and let you guys attack me again, not happening.
[78:08 - 78:15] So you trolls can do this and go fuck yourselves.
[78:16 - 78:37] [no audio]
