[0:39 - 0:45] I'm good and one thing I want to know is a few days ago I was falsely arrested when
[0:45 - 0:52] somebody was out here, they were inciting a riot, they literally got all of our neighbors
[0:52 - 0:58] together and came down here and put me and my family in immediate danger and I was falsely
[0:58 - 1:04] arrested without even being able to speak my piece.
[1:04 - 1:09] It does not matter, he came over here and incited.
[1:09 - 1:16] So now that you guys saw that, now let's start all this.
[1:16 - 1:29] On June 25th of this year, a vigilante that goes by the YouTube handle aware of myself
[1:29 - 1:43] decided to come down to my state and incite a riot and had a weapon on hand and used
[1:43 - 1:56] fighting words on that weapon to then harass, slander and put my family in immediate danger
[1:56 - 2:08] and I was then falsely arrested by the Akron PD for essentially no reason at all, for literally
[2:08 - 2:13] defending my family.
[2:13 - 2:25] This man was on our property trespassing inciting a riot but yet I'm the one that got arrested
[2:25 - 2:26] and that's not right.
[2:26 - 2:31] Now because of these people, I now have to go to court because of it.
[2:31 - 2:39] I was wrongfully arrested, this vigilante is the one that should have been arrested because
[2:39 - 2:49] he had no business being here, he had no right to be here and he was indeed on our property.
[2:49 - 3:01] I do not care what the police say, he was in a private neighborhood on private property
[3:01 - 3:09] inciting a riot against myself and my family and putting my family in immediate danger
[3:09 - 3:12] when he dropped the sign.
[3:12 - 3:20] Another one of my neighbors picked up that sign which was his weapon and began to use
[3:20 - 3:32] that weapon to pick up where the initial vigilante had left off, but what gets me is why was
[3:32 - 3:38] I arrested and this other guy wasn't.
[3:38 - 3:48] This other guy should have been arrested, I did not even get to speak my peace at all.
[3:48 - 3:52] So why the fuck was I arrested?
[3:52 - 3:58] I didn't deserve to be arrested, I did nothing wrong.
[3:58 - 4:09] This man incited a riot against my family, this man incited a riot against myself and
[4:09 - 4:20] my family and put me and my family in immediate danger and in harm's way.
[4:20 - 4:28] So that man, that masked vigilante that showed up, he should be the one to be arrested, not
[4:28 - 4:29] me.
[4:29 - 4:38] And to the acronym PD, I want to know this, why are you guys not doing your fucking job?

[4:47 - 4:56] These are false reports being made against my family and myself, why aren't you doing
