2022-7-9 a death in the family (Twitch)

[0:00 - 0:29] What's up everybody? I'm not going to make this video very long. As you guys can tell
[0:29 - 0:42] my title there is something seriously going on in my family. For those of you that are
[0:42 - 0:50] on Discord you guys already know what's going on, but for those of you that don't have Discord
[0:50 - 1:02] and you guys don't know, allow me to fill you in. I will sit down working on some music
[1:02 - 1:21] for a brand new album last night. Around 11 o'clock I got called downstairs. I got the
[1:21 - 1:34] unfortunate horrible devastating news that my childhood best friend's dad who was pretty
[1:34 - 1:45] much my godfather because my dad was never around. His dad basically became my father
[1:45 - 1:59] figure. And I got the unfortunate news last night from my mom's and his family that unfortunately
[1:59 - 2:11] my godfather passed away last night. Around I think I said like 8 or 9 o'clock that night
[2:11 - 2:22] he passed away in his sleep from old age. So unfortunately there is not going to be
[2:22 - 2:30] a stream today. I'm going to be taking the day off to focus on not only the finishing
[2:30 - 2:39] of this album but to spend time with my friend and catch up with him and his family and
[2:39 - 2:49] just really just take the day to myself to kind of process all this because losing someone
[2:49 - 2:58] is hard. But when you're as close to somebody as I was to his dad who like I said was pretty
[2:58 - 3:08] much my father figure since I was a kid. When you're that close to someone it hits
[3:08 - 3:16] a lot different than you think it would. And I'm not going to lie when I got that news
[3:16 - 3:27] I completely lost it. Like I completely broke down. I was devastated. I was destroyed. Like
[3:27 - 3:37] words can't even begin to describe the pain that I felt when I got that news. Like even
[3:37 - 3:50] how I'm still trying to I'm still trying to process it. Like it doesn't feel real.
[3:50 - 4:04] Like it feels like it's all a dream. But I unfortunately know that it's not. So like
[4:04 - 4:21] I said today I'm taking the day off to you know not only like I said to finish working
[4:21 - 4:29] up on the album that I started last night but I'm also taking the time to you know
[4:29 - 4:42] grieve hang out with my friend catch up with him and his family and just you know take
[4:42 - 4:52] time away for the day. Because like I said losing someone is hard. But when you're close
[4:52 - 5:04] to them like that close to where they are family to you and it hits differently especially
[5:04 - 5:15] when that person practically raised you as a kid like it it makes it hard a lot harder
[5:15 - 5:26] than what people think. And for those of you that have lost loved ones or family I'm sure
[5:26 - 5:36] you know you guys know the feeling especially when it comes to someone that is a parent
[5:36 - 5:51] is a grandparent a brother a sister an aunt an uncle. Like y'all get what it's like.
[5:51 - 6:09] So it's it's definitely hard man like I've tried laying down to sleep and I've only been
[6:09 - 6:19] able to sleep like maybe three or four hours tops because my mind is just been so just
[6:19 - 6:29] wondering like how why like so many questions. But today I am like I said taking the day
[6:29 - 6:43] off to you know like I said to mourn the loss of my friend's dad to you know finish working
[6:43 - 7:08] on this album that I started working on. And Melon I am going to do something for you really
[7:08 - 7:18] fast I'm going to make you a mod so you can get rid of that fucking person in the chat
[7:18 - 7:42] you need to either be respectful or you can only and if you don't leave on your own one
[7:42 - 8:01] of my mods will gladly remove you plain and simple. So you can either stop or you can
[8:01 - 8:16] leave on your own or as I said one of my mods will remove

[9:28 - 9:38] Like I said with the death that went on in my family it's very hard because like I said
[9:38 - 9:47] and like I've told many people you know he may not have been family by blood but like
[9:47 - 9:57] I said he practically helped my mom raise me since I was a kid. You know losing somebody
[9:57 - 10:07] that was you know pretty much your dad is definitely very very hard and this is somebody
[10:07 - 10:17] that I've known since literally first grade down there because I met his son who's my
[10:17 - 10:29] best friend who's literally been my closest friend hands down since the first grade that's
[10:29 - 10:37] when I first met and from there our bond just became insufferable and we've been my
[10:37 - 10:45] brothers ever since he's always been my little brother and his mom and dad have always been
[10:45 - 10:58] you know like a second family to me and the least I can do is you know to be there for
[10:58 - 11:08] my friend's family and be there for him and to just take time. But like I said y'all
[11:08 - 11:15] I will be back tomorrow or later on tonight depending on you know how I'm feeling I may
[11:15 - 11:24] be back tonight or I may be back tomorrow but as for today I'm not going to be streaming.
[11:24 - 11:34] Like I said I'm taking the day to you know not only process this but to be there for
[11:34 - 11:45] my friends and his family if they need anything but I just want y'all to know that I do hope
[11:45 - 11:51] that you guys enjoy your day and I'm sorry that you guys aren't going to get a stream
[11:51 - 11:57] today but I promise you guys either tonight or tomorrow I will make it up to you guys
[11:57 - 12:04] I promise you that. But with that being said I love you guys and I hope you guys have
