[0:39 - 1:04] behalf of, but I'm not only speaking on behalf of that person and his spouse, but I'm also
[1:04 - 1:17] speaking on behalf of myself and on behalf of everybody you have trolled. I'm not only
[1:17 - 1:26] speaking on behalf of my friend, I'm also speaking on behalf of myself and all the other
[1:26 - 1:34] people you victimized. Now as I said, I'm not saying the person's name out of respect
[1:34 - 1:43] for them, but Kate aka Masshole Reports on YouTube, you and I both know who the hell
[1:43 - 1:52] I'm talking about. I don't need to say their name. But honestly, you need to leave people
[1:52 - 2:00] alone Kate. I left YouTube like you wanted me to and I'm over here living my life and
[2:00 - 2:09] just because you have an issue with me does not, does not give you the right to go after
[2:09 - 2:20] my freaking friends or their family. You need to stop. Cause I'm telling you right now that
[2:20 - 2:32] if you do not stop this, I will be taking legal action against you. And so will my friend.
[2:32 - 2:36] And if you don't think we're going to take legal action against you, well then try us
[2:36 - 2:42] because we will be taking legal action against you because a lot of the stuff you've done
[2:42 - 2:50] like entrapping me, like you did pretending to be an adult or I should say pretending
[2:50 - 2:57] to be a young adult and then turning around from pretending to be that young adult and
[2:57 - 3:04] pretending to be an underage individual after sending me a picture that I did not ask for
[3:04 - 3:14] of a child that was not clothed. Do you not realize that is a legitimate federal crime
[3:14 - 3:21] that is entrapment with malicious intent and that is a federal crime and you can get arrested
[3:21 - 3:28] for that. And if you do not stop what you're doing, I will be taking legal action against
[3:28 - 3:38] you and so will my friend. So if you do not stop this, Mass Hall reports and William Gloryhole
[3:38 - 3:44] or anybody that thinks they're going to come after me or my friends, if you guys do not
[3:44 - 3:52] stop and leave me and my friends and people that I see as my family alone, you know what

[4:01 - 4:08] so are all my friends and so are all the people that you guys victimized along with my friends

[4:47 - 4:54] now before I have to get off for the night and continue working on my site for my people
[4:54 - 5:02] so they can actually have some really good artwork to purchase. That is 100% original.

[5:09 - 5:22] use work. Oh and if you don't believe me that I do original work, let me show you something.

[6:37 - 6:44] I can work on my music and make a little bit of money off my music on the side and
[6:44 - 7:05] leave my friends alone as well. The fact that you're threatening my friend with CPS
[7:05 - 7:17] is a compound BS mode. It really is. It's garbage. I want to be able to have a community
[7:17 - 7:25] of people that I can hang out with, that my friends can come over and mix with my community
[7:25 - 7:31] and I can mix with their community. Help, our communities are already intermingling
[7:31 - 7:36] and everybody's cool with everybody. That's the kind of community I want to build where
[7:36 - 7:42] everybody's cool with everyone. No one's getting attacked, no one's getting bullied,
[7:42 - 7:52] no one's being harassed. I left YouTube because you guys forced me to leave. You guys forced
[7:52 - 7:59] me to leave by bullying me and I will be damned if I'm going to let you push me or
[7:59 - 8:07] my friends around anymore. I'm not getting off a twitch. I'm not going to sit here and
[8:07 - 8:16] allow you to bully me or my friends anymore. That's not happening. So this is my fair
[8:16 - 8:27] warning to you guys, to you, Masshole, and to you, Liam Gorial, if you do not stop, if
[8:27 - 8:38] you do not stop what you are doing, I can and very much will take legal action against
[8:38 - 8:47] you and I will be doing a cease and desist letter personally, myself, along with a friend
[8:47 - 9:01] of our family who just happens to be in the legal division and also so will my friend.
[9:01 - 9:06] So take your pick. What's it going to be? Are you going to leave me alone and let
[9:06 - 9:12] my friends and family live their lives in peace or do I have to take legal action against
[9:12 - 9:21] you? Yeah, it's pretty freaking sad. I leave YouTube because I get bullied and now I have
[9:21 - 9:29] to worry about my friends being bullied by these people because they are sick individuals
[9:29 - 9:37] that don't have a life that want to see me fail, that want to see me suffer. And these
[9:37 - 9:43] same people guys, these same people that are bullying me and my friend are the same
[9:43 - 9:49] ones that bullied me on YouTube. The same ones that caused me to almost take my own
[9:49 - 9:56] life. The same ones that I wound up getting so stressed out over that I got physically
[9:56 - 10:04] sick for over six months and couldn't do anything. Those same people are the ones that
[10:04 - 10:11] are doing this crap right now and it needs to stop. And it needs to stop right now. So
[10:11 - 10:19] Masshole, I am giving you a fair warning to stop what you are doing because this is not
[10:19 - 10:27] going to end well for you. You are going to lose this battle if you continue on this path.
[10:27 - 10:36] You are not going to win this. I am not going to allow you to bully me or my friends anymore.
[10:36 - 10:43] You bullied me enough for the last four years. Enough is enough. It's time for you to grow

[11:16 - 11:27] threaten my friends with CPS because they're connected to me, I'm not okay with that because
[11:27 - 11:37] the friend that you are threatening is family to me. They have been there for me through
[11:37 - 11:45] literally everything from my older brother getting cancer and dying, to me losing my
[11:45 - 11:56] best friend Zach, to me losing my ex-girlfriend, to health issues. Like this person has been
[11:56 - 12:03] there for me through everything and I will be damned if I let you do this to them because
[12:03 - 12:12] they work really, really hard. Okay. This person that I'm speaking on or speaking about
[12:12 - 12:20] works very, very, very hard. Harder than you do, Masshole. And even 10 times harder
[12:20 - 12:33] than you do, William Gloria. This person deserves so much. This person deserves to be at the
[12:33 - 12:55] top with the best streamers in the world. This person deserves to be up on that level.
[12:55 - 13:06] This person works harder than anyone I know. He works 10 times harder than anyone I know.
[13:06 - 13:18] Okay. They work 10 times harder than anyone. You know what this person is doing when they're
[13:18 - 13:26] not streaming? They're coming up with content, merchandise asking me to draw stuff to help
[13:26 - 13:32] them out with their merchandise. They're constantly thinking of ideas. What can I
[13:32 - 13:39] do next to make my next stream even better? What can I do for a giveaway? What can I
[13:39 - 13:49] do to be the best that I can be? What can I do to push myself even further? And that
[13:49 - 13:56] person doing that pushes me to be the best that I can do. That person that pushes themselves,
[13:56 - 14:03] seeing them do that pushes me to be a better streamer. Pushes me to create better content.
[14:03 - 14:12] Pushes me to want to give back to my fan base even more than what I do already. Cause
[14:12 - 14:22] let me tell you right now, if I could give back to my fans, I would give them, like
[14:22 - 14:29] if I could give back to every single one of my fans and my followers, I would literally
[14:29 - 14:39] sign 700 plus things for them and give them pictures. Hell, I would hold a freaking jet
[14:39 - 14:46] together with every single one of them and one big area with me and all the streamers
[14:46 - 14:52] that I know that I'm actually good friends with. I would do that because these followers
[14:52 - 15:00] aren't just followers to me. They're people, they're friends, they're extended family.
[15:00 - 15:07] I don't see these fans as fans. I see them as friends, as people that enjoy my content,
[15:07 - 15:13] as people that I want to give back to. And the same thing goes for my friend that you
[15:13 - 15:23] guys are attacking. Okay, this person gives back so much to his community and this person
[15:23 - 15:32] deserves to be at the highest fucking tier on Twitch. This person works harder than
[15:32 - 15:44] anyone I fucking know. When they're not being a parent, they're streaming and when they're
[15:44 - 15:51] not streaming they're being a parent or they're working on merchandise for the next stream
[15:51 - 15:58] or they're working on setting something up for the next stream. They work harder than
[15:58 - 16:05] any of you freaking trolls ever do in your whole life. They work harder than anybody
[16:05 - 16:11] I freaking know. And I'm not about to sit here and let you guys do that to them or
[16:11 - 16:20] to me anymore. You need to stop. It's time you grew up and actually got a freaking life
[16:20 - 16:28] outside of social media. Like me and my friend are on here because this is our job. This
[16:28 - 16:33] is what we do for work. This is our job. This is what we do for a living. This is what
[16:33 - 16:45] we enjoy doing. And I'm not about to let you put our livelihoods or his family in jeopardy.
