[0:10 - 0:23] What is going on everybody?
[0:25 - 0:34] So I'm here to address Crystal out or Crystal Roberts, my man.
[0:35 - 0:49] Who has been making claims that I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to music.
[0:52 - 0:59] She claims to be, she basically is saying that I still can't play keyboard and
[0:59 - 1:03] this and that and that and that, I'm like, who does it better?
[1:03 - 1:07] Well, let me kindly address you, Crystal.
[1:07 - 1:10] Because obviously, you know not of what you speak of.
[1:10 - 1:21] See, I have here a very classical keyboard that's very hard to get your hands on
[1:21 - 1:25] nowadays, this is from like the mid 70s, early 80s.
[1:25 - 1:29] It's literally a Casio Casutone.
[1:29 - 1:37] That's a Casio tone CT 360, which is a very, very on the con and
[1:37 - 1:40] actually very hard to come by a brand of keyboard.
[1:40 - 1:46] Now, your keyboard, I saw what you got and you got a great keyboard.
[1:46 - 1:49] Not gonna lie, but yours is more modern, okay?
[1:50 - 1:57] See, your mind is more of a classic symphonic tone.
[1:57 - 2:01] Wait, right here, the classic piano.
[2:01 - 2:11] [MUSIC]
[2:11 - 2:15] Or with this one.
[2:15 - 2:35] [MUSIC]
[2:35 - 2:50] And now when you hit this button down here,
[2:50 - 2:54] this blue button right next to the sounds, you get these.
[2:54 - 3:39] [MUSIC]
[3:57 - 4:00] And then you also have stuff like,
[4:00 - 4:10] [MUSIC]
[4:10 - 4:16] You gotta find some stuff like this.
[4:16 - 6:17] [MUSIC]
[6:17 - 6:23] See, this keyboard is totally different from what.
[6:23 - 6:28] You have, you have a more modernized one.
[6:28 - 6:33] Now, the stuff that I do with my keyboard is what's known as,
[6:33 - 6:43] [MUSIC]
[6:48 - 6:53] Perfect pitch, which means,
[6:53 - 6:58] I am actually able to,
[6:58 - 7:02] play songs,
[7:02 - 7:08] and what I hear vocally by keyboard or by key or note,
[7:08 - 7:12] whichever you prefer to choose.
[7:12 - 7:18] Like, let me give you an example here.
[7:18 - 7:36] Let me give you an example by doing one of my personal favorites.
[7:36 - 7:46] [MUSIC]
[7:46 - 7:50] Now, what I'm gonna do is, I'm gonna turn the sound up on this,
[7:50 - 7:55] so you can understand clearly, about what I do.
[8:02 - 8:06] Now, don't be wrong, I'm not trying to start a fight with you,
[8:06 - 8:10] or say that you're better than me, or I'm better than you.
[8:10 - 8:17] I'm simply saying, what I do, and trying to correct you.
[8:17 - 11:36] [MUSIC]
[11:51 - 11:59] So, you see what I did there, I basically matched up,
[11:59 - 12:05] what I heard vocally to my keyboard.
[12:05 - 12:07] That's how I play.
[12:07 - 12:11] I don't play by your traditional ways.
[12:11 - 12:17] And to be quite frank, there is no correct way to play piano,
[12:17 - 12:19] or any instrument really.
[12:19 - 12:25] There's thousands of different ways that people play in their own style.
[12:25 - 12:28] Like I said, I'm not saying that you're better than me,
[12:28 - 12:30] or that I'm better than you, Crystal.
[12:30 - 12:37] All I'm simply saying is that my playing style is different from yours.
[12:37 - 12:43] And the reason why my keyboard sounds different is because mine's an older model.
[12:43 - 12:50] Mine's literally, and Cassio told CT360, which if you look it up,
[12:50 - 12:54] these things go for about 500 bucks a piece.
[12:54 - 12:57] And if you don't believe me, you can look it up for yourself.
[12:57 - 13:00] These go for top dollar.
[13:00 - 13:09] Top dollar, these things go for about 500 bucks a piece.
[13:09 - 13:18] So, like I said, I mean, no disrespect to you at all.
[13:18 - 13:22] I'm just simply stating facts.
[13:22 - 13:25] I'm not trying to battle you, I'm not trying to fight you,
[13:25 - 13:30] I'm simply correcting you on your mistake.
[13:30 - 13:36] But as I said, you are a great pianist, and as am I.
[13:36 - 13:40] And I'm not looking to fight you, I'm not looking to battle you.
[13:40 - 13:46] As a matter of fact, Crystal, I saw how you called out Gothy,
[13:46 - 13:50] and I fully approve of what you said to her.
[13:50 - 13:54] And you're right, she is a drug addict that does severely need help.
[13:54 - 13:56] I agree with you.
[13:56 - 13:59] Gothy does need help.
[13:59 - 14:03] And unfortunately, there's nothing that either you or I can do,
[14:03 - 14:08] except to sit back and watch her destroy herself.
[14:08 - 14:14] As sad as it is to say, that's just a harsh reality of it.
[14:14 - 14:17] Alright, you've tried to help her.
[14:17 - 14:21] Me personally, as someone who knows her on a very personal level,
[14:21 - 14:25] who grew up with her, I myself tried to help her.
[14:25 - 14:30] And you would think that me knowing her as well as I do,
[14:30 - 14:34] that I would be able to help, but nope.
[14:34 - 14:39] She's chosen her path, and now she has to live with the results.
[14:39 - 14:43] And there's nothing that either you or I can do about it.
[14:43 - 14:48] This one's on her.
[14:48 - 14:53] Alright, the best thing we can do is that if she really and truly wants to get off the meth,
[14:53 - 15:00] and to do better for her life, the best thing that we can do is try to guide her in the right direction.
[15:00 - 15:05] But it's pretty clear that she doesn't want the help.
[15:05 - 15:09] And she has no intention on stopping.
[15:09 - 15:14] So the best thing that we can do is at this point is to just sit back
[15:14 - 15:18] and watch and see what she does.
[15:18 - 15:23] Now, as I said, Crystal, I mean, no disrespect you as a pianist,
[15:23 - 15:28] because like you, I've been playing piano most of my life.
[15:28 - 15:35] I did take a few lessons, but I kind of found my own way to play throughout.
[15:35 - 15:40] So, you know, it is what it is.
[15:40 - 15:44] We all have our own different playing styles.
[15:44 - 15:50] Same with guitar, there's a lot of people that have different play styles.
[15:50 - 15:55] I mean, just like you have a play of playing piano and keyboard,
[15:55 - 15:59] I have a certain way of playing piano and keyboard.
[15:59 - 16:02] As I said, I play what I hear vocally.
[16:02 - 16:05] I don't play it by note or by anything.
[16:05 - 16:10] And I'll be honest with you, I can't read a fucking lick of music.
[16:10 - 16:14] I will be honest with you, I cannot read a single fucking note of music,
[16:14 - 16:18] but I do know sound design and I know sounds.
[16:18 - 16:23] And I play about what I hear vocally on the here.
[16:23 - 16:29] And that's how I play, that's how I've always played.
[16:29 - 16:34] So again, Crystal, I mean, you know disrespect, but I do hope that you see this.
[16:34 - 16:41] And I hope you understand a little bit more about where I stand as far as,
[16:41 - 16:47] you know, playing instruments or more specifically, in this matter,
[16:47 - 16:53] the Casio, Cassitone CT 360, which as I said,
[16:53 - 17:00] is an older model from the late 70s, early 80s, maybe even mid 70s.
[17:00 - 17:06] But as I said, this is a different model from your typical brand.
[17:06 - 17:08] This is a very, very old model.
[17:08 - 17:11] It's actually very hard to get your hands on nowadays.
[17:11 - 17:16] I just happened to get lucky and pick stuff from a thrift shop for like 40, so on buck.
[17:16 - 17:18] So I got lucky.
[17:18 - 17:23] I got very lucky coming across this as I did.
[17:23 - 17:27] And, you know, it's certainly well, it's a very good keyboard.
[17:27 - 17:35] And I would definitely recommend it to anybody that wants to go for that older sound in that older tone.
[17:35 - 17:40] So again, Crystal, I mean, you know, disrespect whatsoever.
[17:40 - 17:47] But I hope you understand now that my play style and my keyboard
[17:47 - 17:53] is different from your standard and modern ones that you'll find at,
[17:53 - 17:59] say, like Guitar Center or on Amazon or stuff like that.
[17:59 - 18:05] This is a very different model from your normal, typical, you know,
[18:05 - 18:14] model keyboard that has, you know, like thousands of sounds like you would hear today with today's modern keyboards.
[18:14 - 18:20] So again, I mean, you're no disrespect.
[18:20 - 18:27] And I hope that you do see this and I hope you understand a little bit more about where I'm coming from.
[18:27 - 18:35] And again, I do appreciate your play style and I hope you can kind of appreciate mine a little bit more now
[18:35 - 18:43] that you have a better understanding of my play style.
[18:43 - 18:52] But yeah, and as for the whole, you know, gothy thing, you know,
[18:52 - 18:59] the best thing that you and I and anybody else can do that knows her on that personal level as me and you do
[18:59 - 19:05] is to just sit back and, you know, watch and see what she does.
[19:05 - 19:16] And as I said, if she wants help that badly, then the best thing you can do is guide her in the right direction towards getting that help.
[19:16 - 19:20] But at this point in time, it's pretty clear that she doesn't want it.
[19:20 - 19:28] So we can't force her to get help if she does not seek it nor want it.
[19:28 - 19:37] So the best thing we can really do at this point is to just sit back and as sad as this is the hardest reality of it,
[19:37 - 19:41] just sit back and watch her destroy herself.
[19:41 - 19:49] So again, Crystal, I hope you have a good day, good evening, afternoon, whatever time it is that you see this.
[19:49 - 19:57] And I hope that you understand where I'm coming from. And, you know, you have a little bit more of an appreciation for, like I said,
[19:57 - 20:06] not only the model keyboard that I use and currently have, and I do plan on upgrading here very soon in the near future,
[20:06 - 20:14] but also for, you know, I do also hope that you have more of an appreciation for my play style as well.
[20:14 - 20:22] Well, with that being said, thank you for checking this out and watching this and I will catch you later. Peace.
