[0:00 - 0:25] I don't think I need to say who this stream is about.
[0:25 - 0:39] Cause I think everybody knows and I think you guys in the chat know the desperate worthless
[0:39 - 0:57] piece of shit this video is going to be about. A little trust fund, crack headed Marty. See
[0:57 - 1:09] Marty you didn't think I would figure you out, but I know your entire backstory.
[1:09 - 1:28] Mommy and daddy worked high pay jobs, your dad became a surgeon, and you became a trust fund baby.
[1:28 - 1:43] And because your family always at work you never had anyone around to talk to and when
[1:43 - 1:55] your parents were they were always disappointed in you. So ultimately you sought their acceptance
[1:55 - 2:04] and that's why you lash out the way you do, cause you're the black sheep. You're just
[2:04 - 2:15] another trust fund baby trying to seek acceptance. That's all you are Marty. You do these little
[2:15 - 2:25] antics to get noticed because your own family didn't give you the notice or the love or
[2:25 - 2:35] the care that they should have. And that's not your fault. I'm not saying that is your
[2:35 - 2:47] fault, but these antics that you're doing Marty, they're going to end you up in prison.
[2:47 - 2:54] As of lately man, when it's all said and done you could be looking at some very very
[2:54 - 3:06] hard time in prison for a very long time. All because you have it in your head that
[3:06 - 3:19] in order to seek mommy and daddy's approval, you have to do all of these antics. But really
[3:19 - 3:28] you're nothing more than a spineless, gutless coward who thinks he can do whatever he wants
[3:28 - 3:34] and get away with it. All because mommy and daddy are loaded with cash. You think that
[3:34 - 3:41] you could just pay off the comps and get away with shit. Well, sorry to tell you Marty
[3:41 - 3:56] that's not how reality works. Cause one, slavery was abolished over a hundred years ago. So
[3:56 - 4:06] owning someone or claiming to own someone is literally illegal. And that contract that
[4:06 - 4:24] you supposedly bought was fake. Therefore legal documentation right there threatening
[4:24 - 4:41] to rape me and my family, three counts of bodily harm and rape posting my videos without
[4:41 - 4:58] my permission over a hundred counts of copyright infringement and the best of the best of
[4:58 - 5:22] all. Save the best for last. Sexually exploiting an individual through photos and videos that
[5:22 - 5:45] you stole of me and to boot entrapment and catfishing for your own selfish gain. So
[5:45 - 5:55] tell me Marty, how is it that you've won? Cause right now the odds are stacked against
[5:55 - 6:05] you. And by the way Marty, when you do go to prison, cause I can assure you, you will
[6:05 - 6:14] be going to prison very soon. And when you do, I'll be sure to tell mommy and daddy
[6:14 - 6:23] dare say you said hi from behind bars. Cause face it, that's where you're going to end
[6:23 - 6:37] up behind bars. Not to mention taking advantage of someone like Yoko who is special needs
[6:37 - 6:50] and taking advantage of that kid whose money you won this deal by suing his mom and claiming
[6:50 - 7:10] all the money for yourself. You just don't get it do you Marty? You fucked up. Big time.
[7:10 - 7:26] You and your little goons, they're nothing to me. Your little goons are nothing to me.
[7:26 - 7:38] In my eyes Marty, you're just another demon on my list that I gotta get rid of. And guess
[7:38 - 7:54] what? I'm a demon slayer. And trust me when I say, seeing you behind bars for everything
[7:54 - 8:12] that you've done to people and to me for the last five years, it's going to be sweet.
[8:12 - 8:22] Because I'll be free to do what I want and I'll be free to take my life back. While
[8:22 - 8:36] you sit there from behind bars, being Bubba's little bitch watching my success. You ought
[8:36 - 8:50] to watch my success through jail bars. And Marty, here's a little tip for you. Don't
[8:50 - 9:01] drop the soap big guy. And if you do, don't bend over at the waist. Kneel down. Wouldn't
[9:01 - 9:08] want big Bubba fucking that ass of yours now, would you? Although knowing you, you
[9:08 - 9:16] might enjoy that too much. Because we all know you're gay, dude. We all know you're
[9:16 - 9:22] gay bro, so you might enjoy it a little too much. But hey, if that's your thing and you
[9:22 - 9:31] want to get fucked by a big Bubba in the ass, hey, who am I to judge? But just know
[9:31 - 9:43] this, when it's all said and done, you'll be watching my success through a pair of
[9:43 - 9:57] steel bars. And it's always sunny and Tulsa. I take that as a compliment, man. I appreciate
[9:57 - 10:06] the compliment. I know I'm crazy. In order to make it in the music scene, you gotta be
[10:06 - 10:15] a little crazy. And I just happen to be crazy enough to do it. So I appreciate you for
[10:15 - 10:35] noticing my awesomeness. I appreciate that. I'm glad you enjoy my work, dude. So thanks
[10:35 - 10:50] for noticing, man. I appreciate that. You know, I put harder work in than Marty does
[10:50 - 11:03] in any day of the week. I think we all know that Marty doesn't do anything for a living.
[11:03 - 11:14] And it's funny, he claims to work. But yet he sits at home all the time, flapping his
[11:14 - 11:35] gums. It's pretty funny, actually. It really is funny. He sits there, talk shit. Pardon
[11:35 - 11:44] me. Pardon me, damn, must be allergic to Marty's bullshit again. Damn. All that bullshit
[11:44 - 11:54] Marty's been talking, man. And shit. Phew. Maybe that's what I'm allergic to is always
[11:54 - 12:04] bullshit. Maybe that's why I'm sneezing so much. Phew. That foul odor of Marty's bullshit,
[12:04 - 12:23] man. I swear. But Marty, it's time he faced it. You can't win against me.
[12:23 - 12:52] You can't beat me. Not now. Not ever. Because the other night when you see when you and
[12:52 - 13:19] Yoko said what you said, you not only confirmed, but also sealed your fate. So Marty, I hope
[13:19 - 13:28] you're ready to sit down and think about your life because you're going to have a lot of
[13:28 - 13:34] time to think about your life and what you want to do with it behind bars because you're
[13:34 - 13:45] going to be there for quite a long time. I'm just, I'm just being honest, man. I'm
[13:45 - 14:02] giving you, I'm giving you a few little tidbits here and there to, from when you go to prison.
[14:02 - 14:18] Meredith, if I were you, I'd watch this guy right here.
[14:18 - 14:44] [silence]
[14:44 - 14:57] If I were you, I'd watch this guy right here.
[14:57 - 15:19] [silence]
[15:19 - 15:35] Shoutout to this guy right here, man. Shoutout to Larry, that boy, dude.
[15:35 - 17:13] [silence]
[17:13 - 17:42] Here's the base of the video. He gets arrested and he gets taken to jail and he explains the situation of him in jail or going to jail. And I'm going to give a little bit on this. But on the charge itself, one of my charges in my record was once discharging a firearm in the city limits. And that's more like what he has. They had something with an assault. Kind of weird. Mine was discharging a firearm in the city limits. And that's illegal for a lot of reasons. Obviously somebody can't get hurt.
[17:42 - 17:51] But let's get into his video experience and his experience in jail and he goes into that. So let's try this one.
[17:51 - 18:11] So it's been about a year since there was a warrant issued out for my arrest and I had to go turn myself in to the detention center to get booked and processed and then eventually released. And this experience was completely different than I was expecting. It was even very different from what my lawyer was expecting. And I've been wanting to tell this story ever since it happened.
[18:11 - 18:18] I wasn't able to. But today I can't. So I'm going to tell you exactly how it went down and exactly what happened.
[18:18 - 18:31] Well, what he said was pretty amazing. Like, you know, they came to his door and they made himself turn in. They do that. Obviously, I'm very surprised in his case why he didn't go there with his lawyer in tow.
[18:31 - 18:40] Most people go to county jails or when they turn themselves into the police, they'll go with their attorney. In this case, he gets advice from an attorney what to bring and all this kind of stuff.
[18:40 - 18:57] And either it shows me it's a very, very minor case or this lawyer really didn't know what he was doing. Always bring your lawyer. I mean, if you have a lawyer, you bring him. And even though even the facility knows that you're going with the lawyer, they might do things quicker to get rid of you.
[18:57 - 19:05] They don't want a lawyer hanging around waiting for you either. The less the lawyers around that facility, the better they're going to feel. So let's keep going.
[19:05 - 19:20] I think we're all aware of the incident that happened in September 2020 at this point where a dude had been harassing me for a while, showed up at my front door and I made the stupid decision to allegedly fire a pistol in the air as a warning shot to scare the guy away.
[19:20 - 19:33] I like what he says allegedly. Believe me, if he did it, obviously allegedly. And it was said allegedly and I just shut my fucking mouth. If that's even the case, I wouldn't even be talking about it.
[19:33 - 19:52] After about five months, I finally got charged with aggravated assault. And, you know, he's charged with aggravated assault. Unless people are saying he's shooting at them, that's a hard one. Shooting a year is a crime again and that's more of discharging a firearm in city limits.
[19:52 - 20:03] So that's not the right one.
[20:03 - 20:25] The point of being Marty, if I were you, I'd really watch this guy because you're going to need to watch this when you go to prison or before you go to prison.
[20:25 - 20:27] Here we go right here.
[20:27 - 20:29] Here's one for you.
[20:29 - 20:41] Introducing the world's smartest fence. Payroll Collar is a virtual fence inside a collar. Teach them to keep away from danger and come back to safety and community.
[20:41 - 20:54] The top 10 rules to follow on prison. And these are rules that I live by, no matter what security level prison I was only in a maximum security prisons and a medium security prison.
[20:54 - 21:08] Never went to loads or camps, but these are good rules to follow. And if you follow these rules, you're going to be all right in prison. And these are important rules because listen, they'll save you life and you really will.
[21:08 - 21:19] Before I get started, please check me on YouTube member program. Check me on Patreon. Check me out on Discord. Check my book out, Gangster Edition. Check my merch out. Check all that stuff out.
[21:19 - 21:29] Please subscribe and please pass on these videos because they do help us because we're going to make changes in this prison system someday.
[21:29 - 21:37] So the 10 rule, do your time. You know, a lot of people want to fucking complain, a lot of people, a lot of bitch.
[21:37 - 21:43] Oh, they cry. Now, when you don't match the security prison, you're not going to do that. There's people with life sentences.
[21:43 - 21:51] So when they do your times, don't be a complainer. Don't be a whiner. Don't be a pussy. You know, you got your time. You should fight it.
[21:51 - 21:58] Go to legal library. Do everything you have to in that regard. But just do your time. Don't do other people's times.
[21:58 - 22:07] You know, there's an old saying in prison, too, you know, don't let the time do you. You do the time. And what that means is you can drive you so fucking crazy in prison.
[22:07 - 22:17] You know, I've heard every story in the book. Why did it got convicted? Who is the asshole? Who is not? Everything in the world. And I feel for people, don't get me wrong.
[22:17 - 22:25] But we all have that. Everybody in there is in the same position. So in that case, do your time, man. Don't fucking be a bitch.
[22:25 - 22:32] Don't be a complainer. You know, that's not the kind of guy you should be. Don't do other people's time. Don't tell them how to do their time.
[22:32 - 22:42] You know, that that's not good either. It's kind of that mind your own business shit. But that's number 10. Now we're going to go to number nine.
[22:42 - 22:48] Stick to your word. Your word means something. You know, if you tell someone you're going to meet him on the yard, meet him on the yard.
[22:48 - 22:56] If you tell someone you're going to help him be a lookout for a tattoo guy, do it. Don't walk off. Don't do something.
[22:56 - 23:02] You know, like a lot of guys, you know, do tats that have a guy on the rail, you know, be the lookout for the guard.
[23:02 - 23:10] So when the guard comes in, just all sit back and hide the shit and that's it. Don't be that dude who says I'm going to do it and doesn't do it.
[23:10 - 23:16] Or hey, I'm going to skip chow tonight to help you guys. And then, you know, don't skip, you know, chow.
[23:16 - 23:25] It's like stick to your word. I think that's the most important thing in prison. One of the most important things, even though it's number nine.
[23:25 - 23:35] Number eight, say excuse me. And you go, what do you mean? What do you mean that? Say excuse me. See, I think it's sad for not doing that.
[23:35 - 23:43] You know, when you bump into somebody, excuse me. That's a big thing. Excuse me. Respect each other. Excuse me.
[23:43 - 23:52] You know, don't be a guy that thinks you have to be that tough guy in prison. I don't fucking say I'm a badass. I'm a badass. I'm a badass.
[23:52 - 23:59] You know, that's all bullshit. You know, that's why rule number eight's got to be, say excuse me.
[23:59 - 24:07] Because if you say excuse me, you're going to probably de-escalate a situation. You know, two guys walking in the hallway, they bump into each other.
[24:07 - 24:12] Excuse me, bro. Sorry about that. Don't be scared to do that. I mean, say you're sorry when you're wrong.
[24:12 - 24:19] You know, you might be dealing with people like everyone wants to be the tough guy, but that can get dangerous too. Don't ever think it can.
[24:19 - 24:28] Rule number seven, listen before you talk. These are good rules probably on the outside too, but on the inside they're very important.
[24:28 - 24:37] And here's what I mean by that. You know, you go to the chow hall and you're sitting down with a bunch of people and everybody's talking.
[24:37 - 24:45] Everybody wants to tell their story if you want to call it that. But listen first. You'll learn more from listening.
[24:45 - 24:53] And you'll see the big shots, the bigger people, the big listeners. Now there's a time and a place to tell your story.
[24:53 - 25:03] I was a guy in the law library, so I listened a lot. I listened to the story and I could pick out the bullshit or pick out the crap that he thinks is, you know, important.
[25:03 - 25:12] It's not. And sadly, it's not. It's just the way it is. But listen, whenever you're in a group setting, listen, I think there's a great rule, great rule on the outside.
[25:12 - 25:20] Again, these are really great rules in life, but in prison, they're a must. Don't forget them.
[25:20 - 25:28] Number six, mind your own business. You're going to see a lot of things. You know, I would be walking down the hall.
[25:28 - 25:38] Now, in maximum security prisons, you mind your own business. You might walk down the hall and see a drug deal going down.
[25:38 - 25:47] You might see it going by and you might glimpse a guy fucking another guy. You might go glimpse down and see a guy shooting heroin in his arm.
[25:47 - 25:58] Mind your own business. Don't ever go up to that later, even if you, you know, you're cool and say, hey, man, you know, listen, you got any papers? Papers of heroin.
[25:58 - 26:07] Hey, where can I get the papers? Mind your fucking business. You know, you should have a click of friends and know everything that's going on in that prison in any way.
[26:07 - 26:13] And if you don't, there's a reason for that. And the people in that prison will pick you out, too.
[26:13 - 26:18] So don't think they don't want to sell that dope or they don't want to, you know, even give you credit for it.
[26:18 - 26:29] Put your mind your own business. You know, I remember on the yard in Atlanta, when you walked into the yard on the left, you could sit along where the soccer field was.
[26:29 - 26:38] And along the wall there, there was a place where everybody, a lot of different groups and people would sharpen their shanks.
[26:38 - 26:45] They would sit and sharpen their shanks. Just go out and mind your own business. Don't go back there. Walk. Don't keep looking.
[26:45 - 26:53] Don't bring any attention to that area. You know, you're going to see a lot of things going on in prison that are, one, illegal.
[26:53 - 26:59] Guys trying to escape. Guys trying to do dope. Try to say, I'm going to fuck somebody. Do what? Mind your own business.
[26:59 - 27:06] Let it all play out. You're not the fucking man. You're not the fucking guy that's going to run the place and stuff of that nature.
[27:06 - 27:14] So you don't do that. So you mind your own business. And that is rule number six, which I think is an important rule.
[27:14 - 27:24] Rule number five. I put this in here because it used to, it was my pet peeve. And I ended up doing something to somebody.
[27:24 - 27:36] Be clean. Practice good hygiene. And what does that mean? In prison, we eat out of our sink. You get the sink-toilet combination in prison.
[27:36 - 27:45] I remember in prison, there was a new cell I had. You shave. It wasn't even glass. It was stainless steel.
[27:45 - 27:59] And a young kid, he kept shaving and he'd leave his fucking shavings in there. You know, after he washes, you don't want to stop.
[27:59 - 28:06] When some of the early water goes down and you see the fucking, the shaving cream. So I told the kid, I said, man, clean your shit up.
[28:06 - 28:14] So he'd go to Harry Grumbles or whatever he does. Try to act like a tough guy. And you know, sure enough, you know, he did a little other things that kind of pissed me off, too.
[28:14 - 28:23] You know, when you go to the bathroom, you take a piss in a toilet in prison. To this day, it's a habit of mine. I take toilet paper and I wipe the rim.
[28:23 - 28:34] Now, in prison, you don't have a seat cover. It's just the stainless steel shit you sit on. Now, you know, I wasn't one of those guys that put toilet paper down.
[28:34 - 28:45] It just wasn't, you know, I mean, I'm clean, but I'm not a fanatic. I'm not enough in my mind. But you wipe down the toilet seat when you're done in your seat, you clean.
[28:45 - 28:58] Well, the second time this guy did that to me, second time he did this to me, I fucking grabbed his head and fucking smashed it into the fucking concrete wall because he did the same exact thing.
[28:58 - 29:12] He fucking shaved and I come in the sink and he's sitting there and he was just getting ready with something out of his locker and said, yo, he looked at me and he gets up like, you know, like a tough guy, but he's not.
[29:12 - 29:23] And I said, yo, the fuck you leave this shit. He goes, man, fuck it. I grabbed him. I grabbed his head. I fucking slammed it right in the fucking concrete wall.
[29:23 - 29:42] Fucking blood just you know, you break a nose and fucking slammed the fucking good boy. He was out of it like almost knocked out. I fucking got so boom. Well, per person heard me screaming at a couple of person and a guard was walking by, not walking by, but walking down the hall.
[29:42 - 29:51] He came, they look, he's on the floor, blood is everywhere. Of course, I go to the hole and, you know, in the hole.
[29:51 - 29:55] that's just a few tips for you already live bio when you go
