[0:00 - 0:29] What is up everybody? I know it's like insanely early in the morning, but
[0:29 - 0:38] there's some shit that we need to talk about. As many of you guys know I did
[0:38 - 0:45] leave YouTube, I did delete my channel, but I did it to get away from a lot of
[0:45 - 0:57] the negativity that was being fed to me and I needed to get away from it, but
[0:57 - 1:03] that's not what this video is about. This video is me explaining to you guys
[1:03 - 1:09] because a lot of people have this idea about how copyrights work, but really
[1:09 - 1:14] they don't know the truth. Those people, like for you guys that are really asking
[1:14 - 1:19] is that how they work? These people that say they know how copyrights work and
[1:19 - 1:24] that you need to be monetized, they're full of shit. I'm here to tell you how
[1:24 - 1:29] they really work and to save you guys from being put through what I've got
[1:29 - 1:35] put through and losing out on money on your copyrights. So all y'all motherfuckers
[1:35 - 1:40] that say you know about copyrights and how they truly work and that you have to
[1:40 - 1:49] be monetized, I don't know who told you that, but they're full of shit, like
[1:49 - 1:56] let's put it this way. Let's say you're a YouTuber, right, and you do say you do
[1:56 - 2:03] artwork on YouTube and you make a drawing and you post that video up on
[2:03 - 2:13] YouTube. When you upload the minute that you created that video and that YouTube
[2:13 - 2:20] went live on, that video went live on YouTube, that video is your intellectual
[2:20 - 2:32] property. You do not have to be monetized to do a copyright claim. Like
[2:32 - 2:42] let's say right now I sat down and I made a random-ass beat on FL Studios
[2:42 - 2:48] and that's all it was, just a random-ass drum track. You know, nothing major, like
[2:48 - 2:57] let's say that I, let's say I made a drum track and I uploaded it to YouTube.
[2:57 - 3:06] That drum track would be my intellectual property. The same with all
[3:06 - 3:14] the videos that people have stolen from me, like all those videos of me that
[3:14 - 3:21] people have made about me that have my image of them and how these people go
[3:21 - 3:29] around using videos that I made, that property is my intellectual property.
[3:30 - 3:40] Alright, that money that they are making off of my videos, by all technical
[3:40 - 3:51] standards, is supposed to be going to myself. Now I sat down with my business
[3:51 - 4:04] partner and good friend Live Giant Films and I did the math. In the past two
[4:04 - 4:16] years, if my channel was not deleted by these fucking assholes and I was doing
[4:16 - 4:23] good for myself and I did the math with him, I sat down and I went over this shit
[4:23 - 4:37] with him. He was with me on FaceTime on Facebook. If my channels had not been
[4:37 - 4:46] deleted and I still had a revenue, if I still had a revenue stream coming in, if I
[4:46 - 4:53] had a stream of revenue coming in, meaning a way to make money, okay, if that money
[4:53 - 5:04] was still coming in, in one month alone, I would be making half a million dollars
[5:04 - 5:12] off of views alone and the reason for that is because I did something over the
[5:12 - 5:19] last couple years that nobody in the entire world has done and you can fact
[5:19 - 5:26] check me on this, okay, you guys can fact check me on this. On average, it takes
[5:26 - 5:33] the average normal person that does not take YouTube seriously or is just
[5:33 - 5:41] starting out, it takes the average person a minimum of 16 months to hit a thousand
[5:41 - 5:51] subscribers, 16 months for them to hit a thousand subs and me, I did it in less
[5:51 - 6:00] than eight weeks, two months, that is unheard of. I guarantee you right now I
[6:00 - 6:05] can upload the randomest video on YouTube and next day it'll have at least
[6:05 - 6:14] a couple hundred thousand views. I can tell this is what I could do, I could
[6:14 - 6:20] right now if I really wanted to, I can make a YouTube video saying, you know,
[6:20 - 6:28] Marty is a piece of shit, which he is, Nicholas Beegler is a piece of shit, I'm
[6:28 - 6:35] not gonna lie, he is an internet boy, but that's besides the point. I can make a
[6:35 - 6:43] video saying fuck you Nick or fuck you Marty and upload it to YouTube and next
[6:43 - 6:49] day it'll garner 600 plus views and that channel will have at least 700
[6:49 - 7:02] subscribers next day, straight up. See people have this misconception about how
[7:02 - 7:13] monetization and how copyright claims truly work. See the reason why people and
[7:13 - 7:20] YouTube claim that you have to be monetized to make a copyright claim, the
[7:20 - 7:25] reason why they do that is very simple, it's all about the Benjamins with them,
[7:25 - 7:35] it's all about the money. See YouTube wants a not a cut of your videos, so they
[7:35 - 7:41] make it look like you have to be monetized in order to do a copyright
[7:41 - 7:45] claim, no you do not.
[7:45 - 7:56] Like let's say that one of you guys uploaded a video to YouTube right, let's
[7:56 - 8:01] say that you uploaded an AMV and if you don't know what an AMV is, it's an
[8:01 - 8:06] anime music video, they were very popular in the early days of YouTube and I'm
[8:06 - 8:10] still very much a fan of them still.
[8:11 - 8:17] But let's say that somebody makes an AMV and you take that AMV and you
[8:17 - 8:23] reupload it and you claim it as your own, that person that you stole that video
[8:23 - 8:31] from, that you took that video from, they can by all legal standards go back and
[8:31 - 8:39] hit you with a copyright claim. Reason being that they are allowed to do that
[8:39 - 8:45] because that is their intellectual property that they created. The same
[8:45 - 8:52] with you guys, if you guys made a video and you uploaded it and somebody took
[8:52 - 9:01] it and reuploaded it on their channel, you by all legal standards, by legality,
[9:01 - 9:08] every legality in the book and by technical standards, have every right to
[9:08 - 9:21] file a copyright claim on that person. By all rights, if that person takes your
[9:21 - 9:27] video and reuploads it to their channel and does not give you credit
[9:27 - 9:31] whatsoever and they claim that it's theirs, they are committing blatant
[9:31 - 9:39] copyright infringement. See they don't tell you this, people don't tell you this
[9:39 - 9:46] because it's all about the Benjamins with them, it's all about the money and
[9:46 - 9:53] I'm trying to help you guys on Facebook and I'm pretty sure this is gonna be on
[9:53 - 10:02] YouTube as well, I'm trying to help you guys from having to get put through what
[10:02 - 10:15] I got put through. See people like Marty don't want to, people like Marty don't
[10:15 - 10:24] want to pay people like me what we are owed because he knows that I could
[10:24 - 10:32] smack him with a copyright infringement claim very very easily.
[10:32 - 10:52] Like I said, hadn't Marty and them not done what they did? I'd be making at
[10:52 - 11:02] least a half a million very easily a month if not more.
[11:17 - 11:25] And the reason for that is very simple because I am consistent. I am very
[11:25 - 11:33] consistent with what I do. So don't let these motherfuckers out here fool you.
[11:33 - 11:39] Alright, do not let these people like Marty or whoever else is gonna probably
[11:39 - 11:48] comment on this video fool you. You do not have to be monetized at all to file
[11:48 - 11:56] a copyright claim. Do not let them fool you because it is all one big-ass
[11:56 - 11:59] fucking lie.
[11:59 - 12:07] And I do apologize if I sound a little bit tired just because I just got done
[12:07 - 12:12] filming a music video a little bit ago. I'm currently working on some brand new
[12:12 - 12:18] music, a brand new music video, all that shit. I sent it in to my buddy over at
[12:18 - 12:23] Lifetime Films so I got done filming all stuff for that so I'm sorry about sound
[12:23 - 12:31] tired but I'm here telling you guys the fucking truth, okay? I'm here telling you
[12:31 - 12:43] the honest-to-God truth that if you make a video and somebody takes that video
[12:43 - 12:48] and re-uploads it and does not give you credit, they are committing copyright
[12:48 - 12:56] infringement and by all legal rights you have every legal right in the
[12:56 - 13:03] world to file a copyright claim against that person. So to y'all that think that
[13:03 - 13:08] you know about copyrights, know the fuck you don't.
[13:08 - 13:14] Lifetime Films knows more about how social media works than you guys will
[13:14 - 13:22] ever fucking know. So as I'm saying I'm just making this short video to help
[13:22 - 13:26] you guys out to keep you guys from getting fucked over the way I got
[13:26 - 13:40] fucked over. So like I said if you guys you know are an upcoming YouTuber or
[13:40 - 13:45] thinking about doing YouTube, there's just a little bit of advice for you to
[13:45 - 13:52] help you out. If you ever do come across that situation of you know you find
[13:52 - 13:57] yourself in a position where somebody's taking your video and re-uploading it
[13:57 - 14:03] to their channel and not going through the proper procedures of saying oh this
[14:03 - 14:11] video is owned by or this person created this. If they are not giving you
[14:11 - 14:16] credit, they are committing copyright infringement. Now what I do with song
[14:16 - 14:22] covers do you not notice how every song I say the name of the artist or the
[14:22 - 14:33] band or I say the name of the song and then I state the artist's name or if
[14:33 - 14:41] people know well enough they'll know who it's by. Reason for that because when
[14:41 - 14:47] you do a cover you when you do a song cover you have to say whether it's
[14:47 - 14:54] physically speaking it or if it is in the description you have to put the
[14:54 - 15:01] song title and who it's by because if you do not do that that record label
[15:01 - 15:07] that that or that artist or that band can turn right back around and hit you
[15:07 - 15:16] with a copyright claim and all these people have been robbing me for years.
[15:16 - 15:22] All those videos that you guys see of me that have my face in it and their
[15:22 - 15:28] videos that I made those videos by all legal standards belong to me. All that
[15:28 - 15:33] money that these people are making off my videos should be going to me by all
[15:33 - 15:39] legal standards. That money should be going to me.
[15:39 - 15:50] Well yes they are stopping the video which and you know and speaking on it
[15:50 - 16:05] which is transformative yes but they are not giving me credit and if you do not
[16:05 - 16:23] give the proper person credit you are committing copyright infringement. If you
[16:23 - 16:33] take a video and re-upload it and do not say you know like whether it's an AMV
[16:33 - 16:39] and you make an AMV video with a song and you know you don't put you know who
[16:39 - 16:44] it's by or the name of the song and then the artist or whatever you're
[16:44 - 16:49] committing copyright infringement. And that's what these people have been
[16:49 - 16:53] doing to me for the last two fucking years. It's committing copyright
[16:53 - 17:01] infringement against me and costing me money that I could be using to not
[17:01 - 17:08] only help my family help my friends. I could be using that money to boost my
[17:08 - 17:15] career. I could be using that money to work alongside the nonprofit
[17:15 - 17:20] organization that I've been a volunteer for for the last 14 years which is
[17:20 - 17:26] Operation Smile. I could be giving money to them to help them out. I could be
[17:26 - 17:34] doing stuff for people. I could be helping other up-and-coming artists
[17:34 - 17:46] that could use the help. People such as my best friend Tyler and my best friend
[17:46 - 17:51] and who he lives with who's another best friend of mine Matt. I could be
[17:51 - 17:59] making very real money. And see the thing about it is this okay this is what
[17:59 - 18:04] these people are not telling you guys as far as it as far as I go this is what
[18:04 - 18:09] they don't tell you. This is what they refuse to tell you because they know
[18:09 - 18:13] that they're in the wrong and they can argue it all they want. They can argue
[18:13 - 18:18] the facts all they want but the facts still remains that I am speaking the
[18:18 - 18:27] truth. Alright I'm telling you guys the very real truth. The reason why these
[18:27 - 18:32] people do not want me making any money off of any of my stuff is very simple
[18:32 - 18:43] because they know if I make any amount of money then I can easily go in, hire a
[18:43 - 18:50] lawyer, and have them shut down from what they've been doing to me and so many
[18:50 - 18:57] other people. I just found out tonight that music biz that Nicholas Beagler
[18:57 - 19:05] aka music biz Marty has been attacking a special needs child on the internet
[19:05 - 19:12] well it's not really a child but he has the mindset of a child because this
[19:12 - 19:21] person that he is attacking is special needs. Music biz Marty is a drug addict.
[19:21 - 19:30] If you guys go back and watch the video of him coming here to my house he has a
[19:30 - 19:44] bottle of Adderall and Adderall is a very addictive drug. He is a drug addict and
[19:44 - 19:55] an alcoholic. Watch his videos where he is drunk slurring his words acting
[19:55 - 20:06] paranoid and psychotic. Which is how all these rumors about me got started. That
[20:06 - 20:11] is how these rumors of me got started.
[20:11 - 20:21] I should by every legal right be making at least half a million a month off of
[20:21 - 20:31] my clicks on YouTube alone. Whether they watch the video for 30 seconds a minute
[20:31 - 20:38] or they watch the whole damn thing. If Marty and them have not did not fuck me
[20:38 - 20:43] over and have my thousand subscriber count channel by the way which I have
[20:43 - 20:50] gotten a thousand subs multiple times. If they did not have those channels
[20:50 - 20:58] deleted I would be making half a million a month very easily because I am such a
[20:58 - 21:04] well-known name and I am very consistent with what I do.
[21:11 - 21:24] All that money that I am losing out on I am losing because of these people. But
[21:24 - 21:30] what music biz Marty is doing to this new kid is disgraceful, disrespectful
[21:30 - 21:38] and it's a load that I wouldn't even sing to. And I don't think any of the
[21:38 - 21:44] other trolls would sing to the level that he is singing to. Music biz Marty
[21:44 - 21:51] or Nicholas Beagler I should say sorry Nick you know I'm just gonna refer to
[21:51 - 21:55] you as Nick from now on. I'm not gonna give you the satisfaction of your
[21:55 - 21:59] YouTube name anymore. I'm just gonna straight out call you Nick because you
[21:59 - 22:05] don't deserve the dignification of being called music biz Marty. So I'm
[22:05 - 22:14] just gonna call you by your real name Nick. See Nick has this thing what he's
[22:14 - 22:22] doing this kid is awful and very fucked up. You see this special needs guy that
[22:22 - 22:32] he's speaking with gets a Social Security check and is complaining that
[22:32 - 22:36] his mom is not giving him the correct amount to live off of each month which
[22:36 - 22:43] is understandable. But what music biz Marty is planning on doing is this.
[22:43 - 22:48] I'm sorry I meant Nick. I'm sorry my bad.
[22:48 - 23:00] But what Nick is doing is very fucked up. Nick plans on taking this kid to court
[23:00 - 23:08] to sue his mom for the money that this kid is losing out on. And instead of
[23:08 - 23:16] giving this kid the money that he's rightfully owed Nicholas plans on
[23:16 - 23:24] keeping the money and robbing this kid of what's rightfully his. The reason
[23:24 - 23:31] why is because Nicholas Beegler is a drug addict and I am NOT making this
[23:31 - 23:35] stuff you can go back and watch the video where he was on the way to my
[23:35 - 23:42] house and you could see and hear him talk about his Adderall and how he
[23:42 - 23:49] needed to get a refill while he was here. Nicholas Beegler is a drug addict
[23:49 - 24:01] that makes bets that he cannot pay off and is an alcoholic. And the combination
[24:01 - 24:11] of the Adderall and the alcohol over the years it's it's made him insane. It has
[24:11 - 24:21] made him truly psychopathic. Nicholas Beegler has shown signs of
[24:21 - 24:30] psychopathy as well as mental illness.
[24:30 - 24:53] What up Josh. Oh I know I am like and I am letting go. I'm letting go Chris. I'm
[24:53 - 24:58] just I'm speaking the truth. I'm speaking the truth about what should
[24:58 - 25:04] have been said the whole time that people might not know about him because
[25:04 - 25:09] I don't want people to get caught up in the same situation that I got caught
[25:09 - 25:16] open because nobody deserves what what I got put through no one deserves what
[25:16 - 25:23] that poor kid's gonna get put through. So for anybody out there that is coming
[25:23 - 25:30] up in YouTube or is doing music or has any thoughts of doing any kind of you
[25:30 - 25:40] know social media just be very wary of Nick aka music biz Marty because he
[25:40 - 25:49] will fuck you over. He is not to be trusted and as I said as for you guys
[25:49 - 25:55] that do want to pursue a career in YouTube I want you guys to know the
[25:55 - 26:06] real legalities and legitimacy of copyrights. Like you can take my friend
[26:06 - 26:13] Chris here for example he's a youtuber himself and he can tell you that I am
[26:13 - 26:26] right on everything that I say. If somebody takes a video of yours and
[26:26 - 26:33] re-upload it and does not give you the proper creditization meaning the proper
[26:33 - 26:42] credit they are committing copyright infringement against you and no you do
[26:42 - 26:53] not I repeat you do not have to be monetized to follow through with a
[26:53 - 27:01] copyright infringement claim. If that person takes your video and re-unloads
[27:01 - 27:07] it without your permission or your consent or your knowledge it does not
[27:07 - 27:16] matter how big of a YouTube channel you are you have every right in the world
[27:16 - 27:27] to go after them with a copyright claim for copyright infringement. I'm just trying
[27:27 - 27:32] to help you guys out that don't know this stuff or are thinking about doing
[27:32 - 27:39] social media or doing YouTube for a living and don't get wrong doing YouTube
[27:39 - 27:45] is great it's a great great platform but I don't want you guys getting
[27:45 - 27:51] screwed over and the way that I got screwed over I want to help protect you
[27:51 - 28:02] guys from that. See I didn't know about these things until it was too late
[28:02 - 28:18] and I don't want you guys that are coming up to get put through the shit
[28:18 - 28:36] that I got put through like I want to help you guys avoid being put in that
[28:36 - 28:45] position so whoever out here is telling you that you have to be monetized in
[28:45 - 28:56] order to file a copyright claim no you don't you do not have to be monetized
[28:56 - 29:05] to get a copyright claim or to file one so don't let them fool you whoever is
[29:05 - 29:10] telling you guys that you have to be monetized in order to get a copyright
[29:10 - 29:19] claim is full of shit they clearly do not know what they're talking about at
[29:19 - 29:30] all they have no clue what they're talking about but with that being said
[29:30 - 29:34] y'all I'm about to bounce off here and relax and probably crash for the rest
[29:34 - 29:39] of the night because like I said I just got done a couple hours ago filming
[29:39 - 29:44] some scenes from a brand new music video that myself and Life Giant Films is
[29:44 - 29:52] working on I just finished up working one yeah I finished up doing the live
[29:52 - 29:59] vocal work for the video I finished all the scenes out that I needed to finish
[29:59 - 30:08] up and now I'm done I just got a email Life Giant the video footage which I'll
[30:08 - 30:12] end up doing in the morning so he can help put everything together and we can
[30:12 - 30:22] get everything going so yeah with that being said I love you guys I don't know
[30:22 - 30:26] where the music video is gonna be released I do not know but when it does
[30:26 - 30:32] get released I promise you guys you are going to love it I can promise you guys
[30:32 - 30:42] this video this music video is going to blow your fucking minds I can promise
[30:42 - 30:49] you guys this is going to be a music video that is going to make you think
[30:49 - 31:01] and it is going to make you understand just what these people have done to me
[31:01 - 31:08] the premise of the video is this I can give you guys the outline of the video I
[31:08 - 31:13] can't tell you like what's gonna be in the video but I can give you the
[31:13 - 31:20] premise of what it's going to be about and what it's going to represent so
[31:20 - 31:29] basically the music video is going to be about myself or this person that I am
[31:29 - 31:41] portraying slowly being transformed from a human and to a man-made machine
[31:41 - 31:56] artificial intelligence smart robot now what that transformation represents is
[31:56 - 32:03] the person that's being transformed in the video is me and over time I am
[32:03 - 32:16] slowly turning into this monster that these people have created and it shows
[32:16 - 32:24] my progression from being this normal person to slowly glitching through and
[32:24 - 32:38] slowly over time becoming this robotic thing which represents the monster that
[32:38 - 32:45] people like Marty and all these people made me into so I promise you guys you
[32:45 - 32:50] are going to fucking love this I'm definitely excited for the video like
[32:50 - 33:05] I'm very excited for it I cannot wait to get this video done like I can promise
[33:05 - 33:11] you guys that you are going to freaking love this video now where it'll get
[33:11 - 33:17] posted to I'm not sure I have to wait till post-production and then I have to
[33:17 - 33:23] talk with why giant and figure out where it's going to go as far as uploading it
[33:23 - 33:30] I don't know if I'm going to upload it to my regular channel or my new channel
[33:30 - 33:37] I should say that I have going or if I'm going to upload it to here on
