2022-10-2 Future of the channel

[0:00 - 0:21] What's up guys? So, I know I said that I wasn't interested in it for a while and I'm not technically, but I do have an announcement and that is the fact that I am taking this channel in a whole new direction.
[0:21 - 0:34] Instead of focusing on music so much, I actually want to take this channel in a gaming direction.
[0:34 - 0:50] So what I'm going to be doing is I am actually going to be, aside from the songs that I have released, which I'm glad you guys enjoy and the vlogs with like me and my brother Jake.
[0:50 - 1:17] And aside from those, I am going to be doing a lot more competitive gaming, whether that be in Soulcalibur VI, WRC, you know, whatever I feel like doing, like I want to give back to my roots as a gaming channel because I haven't been able to do that in like a really, really long time.
[1:17 - 1:41] I just feel like, you know, I just really feel like, you know, that I've not been able to be myself in the last five years and I really want to give back to that, you know, I want to sit down and play Fortnite matches with you guys.
[1:41 - 1:58] You know, do, you know, some Cyberpunk 2077 stuff, play some GTA, you know, and even play some single player games that actually have a good story that I've not really delved into that much.
[1:58 - 2:16] Like, I really want to do stuff like that. Like, I definitely do want to take a break away from the music and kind of show my roots as a YouTuber and get to really show, you know, my gamer side and stuff like that.
[2:16 - 2:26] So, yeah, but I know it's kind of sudden, but like I've really been thinking about it all day.
[2:26 - 2:43] And I've really noticed that over the last two or three years, I've had to put off me doing gaming and doing competitive gaming and doing esports like I want to do.
[2:43 - 2:49] Like, that's something that I'm very, very passionate about and very invested in.
[2:49 - 3:07] I absolutely love esports, whether that be, you know, Fortnite, Silver Caliber, Yu-Gi-Oh, you know, F1, you know, any of those.
[3:07 - 3:14] But, you know, I really do love being an esports competitor. I absolutely love it.
[3:14 - 3:20] And I really want to give back to those roots again. I really want to give back to my roots as a gamer.
[3:20 - 3:27] So, like I said, I will be switching things around quite a bit.
[3:27 - 3:33] There will be more coffee and chill streams starting probably tomorrow.
[3:33 - 3:38] There are going to be a lot more gaming streams.
[3:38 - 3:44] I'm also going to be rebranding the channel.
[3:44 - 3:50] I'm going to be coming up with a whole new branding, a whole new name for gaming.
[3:50 - 3:59] I may end up even using one of my older, you know, gaming channel names and running with that. I don't know yet.
[3:59 - 4:12] But, you know, aside from that, like, I am no longer associated with the troll community. I have nothing to do with them.
[4:12 - 4:18] You know, they don't speak to me. I don't speak to them. They do their thing.
[4:18 - 4:24] And trying to dig my channels, I report them and I leave them with that. That's all I do.
[4:24 - 4:38] Like, I'm not giving them any more attention. I'm not bothering with them because life is too fucking short to be worrying about trolls.
[4:38 - 4:45] Like, for the last five years, I've had to put my life on hold and I'm tired of doing that.
[4:45 - 4:56] And I want to have my life back. Like, I want to be a gamer and show you guys, like, not only the gamer side of me,
[4:56 - 5:05] but the normal side of me was, you know, like the vlog with me and my brother Jake that I posted out the other day.
[5:05 - 5:12] I know a lot of you guys really enjoyed that and that's the kind of stuff that I want to do.
[5:12 - 5:18] So, yeah, starting tomorrow, like I said, there are going to be changes to the channel.
[5:18 - 5:26] I don't know when I'm going to live stream gameplay footage. I'm going to be figuring that out and setting all that up.
[5:26 - 5:32] I will be setting up a donations thing. I'll be setting up a merchandise shop for gaming.
[5:32 - 5:41] Don't be wrong, I'm still going to do music, but the music is going to be more, the music is going to be more of a behind the scenes thing.
[5:41 - 5:51] Like, I'm not going to talk about it a whole lot. I'm going to be more focused on, you know, being normal.
[5:51 - 5:58] And who knows, I may even go to the very beginning of my room at some point and do some AMVs.
[5:58 - 6:03] And if you don't know what AMVs are, that stands for Animate Music Videos.
[6:03 - 6:13] For those of you that are older than me, or as old as I am, or have been around on YouTube as long as I have, you guys probably remember those.
[6:13 - 6:17] So, yeah, I may get back into those, which would be fun.
[6:17 - 6:36] So, yeah, but with that being said, I love you guys and I will see you once the channel is rebranded and back up and going.
[6:36 - 6:46] So, here's to a brand new feature and a brand new era on this channel. So, yeah, I love you guys.
