[0:44 - 0:51] There will be no more bringing in of and hopefully you guys have a little bit of a better
[0:54 - 1:01] Explanation of everything as well because there appears to be a lot of stuff that got misconstrued and
[1:03 - 1:05] You know things got said that weren't
[1:06 - 1:07] accurate
[1:07 - 1:13] To what really happened so I kind of I want to clear all that up
[1:16 - 1:17] but uh
[1:17 - 1:21] First off for those that are wondering, you know before I get to the main thing
[1:21 - 1:23] I kind of want to talk about a couple things
[1:24 - 1:27] To those that are wondering am I getting help?
[1:28 - 1:31] Yes, I am through my good friend Jake
[1:32 - 1:35] Who you guys know as hillbilly Jake aka my brother?
[1:38 - 1:43] You know it's through him that I actually am going to be seeing a counselor here very very soon
[1:45 - 1:50] To you know talk about everything that happened, so I am getting help
[1:51 - 1:53] 100% I
[1:54 - 1:57] Actually have and a lot of people keep asking me
[1:57 - 2:00] Get a job get a job. I have been
[2:00 - 2:02] applying for jobs and
[2:03 - 2:10] A lot of people don't seem to think that I have been but I actually have been putting in applications with McDonald's Walmart
[2:11 - 2:16] There's a Taco Bell close by so I have been putting in some applications with them
[2:17 - 2:19] McDonald's
[2:19 - 2:26] RVs Applebee's, you know just your few little close by stores now whether I get the job or not I
[2:28 - 2:30] Can't say but I have been putting in applications
[2:31 - 2:36] And people don't seem to think that I have but in the long run. I actually have been
[2:40 - 2:43] So there's that I
[2:43 - 2:46] Actually am working on getting a place to my own
[2:47 - 2:49] Don't know when that's gonna be
[2:50 - 2:54] But I have called a few places around here, and I am looking
[2:56 - 3:03] I'm just gonna say this rent around here isn't exactly cheap to say the least
[3:06 - 3:10] Fucking hell dude
[3:10 - 3:16] But um, you know, I am you know looking for
[3:17 - 3:19] You know a place my own
[3:19 - 3:34] Like I said you ran around here and not exactly cheap
[3:34 - 3:40] But I am looking you know, I've called a few places, and I've been you know looking around
[3:41 - 3:46] Like I said whether I get the places or not that's not up to me
[3:46 - 3:50] You know and a lot of people are gonna I know what you guys gonna ask
[3:50 - 3:53] Well, why are you moving out when you're staying at your mom's?
[3:54 - 3:57] Because I fear for their safety
[3:58 - 4:02] With everything that's going on. I want to be able to protect them
[4:04 - 4:11] So that way if somebody does try to come after me, they're gonna come after me and not my family
[4:12 - 4:19] I'm tired of my family being put in danger and my family doesn't need that
[4:21 - 4:33] A place around here is you know, it all it actually depends
[4:33 - 4:37] Some places like what we're renting out of right now at this house
[4:37 - 4:39] Is like six hundred a month
[4:41 - 4:43] Plus utilities and electric
[4:44 - 4:46] Some places could range up to
[4:47 - 4:48] 900
[4:48 - 4:56] So it all depends like I'm looking for the choose placing your hands on I am actually looking

[5:02 - 5:06] Not that's out of the way. I do want to get to the main
[5:07 - 5:09] issue at hand and
[5:10 - 5:12] That main issue is
[5:13 - 5:16] I think we all know what the main issue is which is the whole
[5:17 - 5:23] You know mass hall reports incident and there appears to be a lot of people getting
[5:23 - 5:26] Misconstrued and things mixed up
[5:27 - 5:33] With that whole storyline so I do want to you know clarify and clear up
[5:35 - 5:37] Everything that way. There's no
[5:38 - 5:42] Mistaking what I'm saying you guys have the full factual
[5:43 - 5:45] Story of what went down
[5:46 - 5:50] How it went down what I did and all that stuff
[5:51 - 5:53] That way for those of you that don't know the situation
[5:54 - 5:56] all you guys got to do is go back and
[5:57 - 6:01] You know watch this video, but this is going to be the final time

[6:04 - 6:10] After this, I'm not bringing it up anymore. I'm not gonna talk about it anymore

[6:15 - 6:20] Okay, a lot of people seem to think that I saw it
[6:21 - 6:25] her out a lot of people seem to think that I went looking for

[6:34 - 6:36] She sought me out
[6:36 - 6:43] All right
[6:43 - 6:45] nice old reports sought me out
[6:56 - 6:59] okay, when she first approached me as a
[7:01 - 7:05] Fan, this is what actually happened. All right
[7:06 - 7:08] She approached me as a fan
[7:09 - 7:15] Told me by phone call that she was getting ready to be 18 here in 48 hours
[7:16 - 7:19] She had approached right and
[7:20 - 7:22] Told me that she was a fan
[7:23 - 7:27] told me that she was getting ready to be 18 in a couple days and
[7:28 - 7:33] You know, we started talking a little bit. There was nothing sexual at first
[7:35 - 7:36] You know
[7:36 - 7:41] There was nothing sexual involved and you know from junk
[7:41 - 7:45] like people think
[7:45 - 7:48] but we talked for a couple hours and
[7:49 - 7:57] You know, then she hung up and started texting me and I was thinking okay, cool
[7:58 - 8:03] Now I know what I did was wrong and I shouldn't have gone along with it, but
[8:04 - 8:06] people need to understand that
[8:07 - 8:08] You know
[8:08 - 8:09] she
[8:09 - 8:12] was the first one to initiate
[8:13 - 8:15] the
[8:15 - 8:17] Way things went down
[8:18 - 8:22] She was the first one to send photos to me
[8:24 - 8:34] Damn fucking fruit boy, but she was the first one to send a photo to me and
[8:35 - 8:42] You know things went down things happen and I know I shouldn't have done what I did
[8:43 - 8:51] Why I didn't stop. I don't know. I don't know why I wasn't thinking but I do know that
[8:51 - 8:56] You know when that all went down. I wasn't in the right state of mind at that point in time
[8:57 - 9:00] Due to the fact that I had been in several
[9:01 - 9:03] Abuse of relations prior
[9:03 - 9:09] Plus I was still dealing with you know, the Heather crowd the Marty crowd. So I wasn't in a
[9:11 - 9:13] Stable mindset I
[9:13 - 9:16] was in a very fucked up mindset and
[9:19 - 9:21] part of me, you know wanted
[9:22 - 9:25] You know to feel that love again that I once had and
[9:25 - 9:30] I know it was wrong and I know that it should not have happened and
[9:31 - 9:35] I do regret it and I do feel bad for that happening
[9:36 - 9:39] you know, I do you know regret what I did and
[9:40 - 9:46] I you know, I do feel bad and I I would hope to God that
[9:47 - 9:48] no one
[9:48 - 9:54] Gets put through what I got put through or falls for what I felt for
[9:55 - 10:06] I am gonna be working on getting better. Like I said, I am seeing a counselor. Thanks, you know, my brother Jake

[10:31 - 10:39] You know more stuff, you know, like I said, I get that, you know, people are angry about
[10:40 - 10:44] You know what I did and you have every right to be
[10:44 - 10:52] You have every right and reason to be angry and I understand why but on the same token
[10:53 - 10:56] You guys do need to understand that
[10:57 - 11:00] You know things got mixed up
[11:01 - 11:02] You know
[11:02 - 11:12] And the way things actually happened got mixed up so many times that I don't think anybody knows the real truth
[11:12 - 11:18] And I'm here telling you the very real truth. Oh, yeah
[11:20 - 11:23] She engaged with me first
[11:25 - 11:27] She sought me out. I
[11:28 - 11:37] The
[11:37 - 11:43] Massal reports sought me out. I did not seek her out
[11:43 - 11:51] And I think that's where a lot of people are getting it mixed up because people think that I sought her out. I
[11:52 - 11:54] Did not seek her out
[11:54 - 11:57] she sought me out and
[11:58 - 12:01] You know things happen that shouldn't have happened and
[12:02 - 12:08] I do regret them and I do hope that y'all will let me finally move on from this craft and

[12:15 - 12:20] Move on with my life because I'm honestly genuinely tired
[12:21 - 12:23] Of having to bring this stuff up
