[1:26 - 1:30] I've dealt with a lot of fucked up shit in my life
[1:30 - 1:33] to where I've needed that mental health.

[1:39 - 1:45] And this is something that I just came across today.

[1:55 - 1:58] telling my story about what I've been through with

[2:02 - 2:07] that have truly made my life
[2:07 - 2:10] a living fucking nightmare.
[2:10 - 2:15] I made this post hoping to be able to
[2:15 - 2:19] reach out to somebody that would be willing to help me.
[2:19 - 2:23] And during that time period.
[2:23 - 2:27] And I went back in the group today to track,

[2:32 - 2:36] that you guys can turn to
[2:36 - 2:39] who is very much like yourselves.

[2:45 - 2:48] and what it's like to be on the edge of suicide.
