2021-5-3 PROJECT XERO OFFICIAL GAME ANNOUNCEMENT

[0:00 - 0:15] What's up you guys, this is your boy Forza Underground here and I actually wanted to show you guys something that I'm actually working on which is a brand new game.
[0:15 - 0:25] If you guys want to know, I started back up in game development. I actually started about 6 years ago and then a project of mine went dead because of the fact that my computer died.
[0:25 - 0:37] But I am going to be taking these next few months off of doing music and stuff like that to actually focus back on independent game development.
[0:37 - 0:45] But I'll show you guys what I'm currently working on. The game I'm currently working on is called Project Zero.
[0:45 - 1:01] Here's actually a little bit of the mapping that is going on right here. As you guys can tell, each and every tile is custom and this is actually the starting house right here.
[1:01 - 1:18] But yeah, this is actually where you start out at. You got a couple of events here. I'm just going to kind of go through each map and kind of show you guys.
[1:18 - 1:34] Now there will be an alpha version of the demo very very soon. Within like 2-3 weeks I will have an alpha version of the demo and then maybe a full demo probably by next month.
[1:34 - 1:47] I'm not too sure but there is this level right here which like I said this is where you start out at. Then obviously you got the park where you come out at right there.
[1:47 - 2:02] As you guys can tell you come out right here where that white box is. And you can go back and forth too which is really cool. You can transfer back and forth between each one.
[2:02 - 2:25] Now whenever you come out of this you can step on either three of these boxes right here and it will transfer you into the main city which is like a trading city which will come out up here at the very top.
[2:25 - 2:40] And then from here you're going to basically go down, follow this path and it will lead to the schoolyard way down here at the bottom which I'm actually currently working on right now.
[2:40 - 2:50] As a matter of fact I'll actually add that in real quick and kind of give you guys a little bit of an idea of the game.
[2:50 - 3:02] But what it is is basically your main character Ren is a student at this school right here as you guys can tell.
[3:02 - 3:10] Yes this is all custom made. I actually did all the mapping and everything myself.
[3:10 - 3:38] But basically the main character Ren, his younger, or his older brother was actually captured, well not captured but killed, well captured and then killed by one of the people at the school.
[3:38 - 4:00] Well somebody that used to be at the school or used to be one of the people there, he got outcasted and stuff and he basically has to find out who it is, what happened and he basically meets his friends Matt and a couple other people along the way.
[4:00 - 4:29] And he basically has to go through different trials, phases, all that fun stuff to kind of pick apart different clues and kind of figure out what happened, what led up to it and he kind of finds out that he's a bigger part of something.
[4:29 - 4:35] So I'm totally doing this right here.
[4:35 - 4:39] Alright so let's delete this script right here.
[4:39 - 4:49] Let's apply that. I keep forgetting I have to do each one separately which kind of sucks.
[4:49 - 5:10] Then you kind of have to do each one separately. But as you can tell this is going to be a classic RPG style game, you're going to get to level up and fight different bosses and different stuff and it's going to be super fun.
[5:10 - 5:18] I'm super excited for it.
[5:18 - 5:32] I'm definitely super excited to be doing this again.
[5:32 - 5:50] Now watch this, this is basically, now I won't be able to actually show you guys the gameplay because the gameplay screen does not like to work on this computer so I kind of have to show you guys when it comes out.
[5:50 - 6:05] I am going to be doing a gameplay video of it here probably within the next few days. Give you guys an early update on everything.
[6:05 - 6:16] But I said this is taking me probably roughly about, I'd say two to three days to do all the mapping for the house, the school.
[6:16 - 6:31] I am going to show you guys the inside real quick of the school where you'll spend a pretty good majority of, I'd say about a third of the game, you'll spend like not even like a third of it.
[6:31 - 6:38] I'd say about maybe like one tenth in here.
[6:38 - 6:44] This is just like the main floor itself right here.
[6:44 - 6:58] This is like literally the main floor where you'll mainly converse with like, you know, your headmasters, some of your classmates and just, you know, just different stuff.
[6:58 - 7:12] So this is like where you're first going to come in at. As you can tell, I've already done the transfer things right there.
[7:12 - 7:16] Save that real quick.
[7:16 - 7:27] But like I said, I'm not too sure about how long it's going to be before this gets released, but as you can tell, everything is custom made by me.
[7:27 - 7:41] Everything is done from the ground up. Everything from, let me zoom in here actually, everything from the house, as you can tell, just slightest little details in here are really bringing this game to life.
[7:41 - 7:46] I'm super excited about it.
[7:46 - 8:00] Like just every little thing, like everything from the fountain, the benches, the flowers, the trees, like everything, it's going to be, you know, it's like a living, breathing world.
[8:00 - 8:06] Like it's going to be super fun, super exciting.
[8:06 - 8:28] But as a matter of fact, let me show you guys the main character real quick so you guys can get a good feel for the main character.
[8:28 - 8:38] That right there is the main character, Ren. As you can tell, everything is custom done.
[8:38 - 8:47] But that's Ren, that's the main character. And I do have other characters too, like his grandmother, Matt.
[8:47 - 8:56] Matt right here is actually largely based off of, actually my best friend Matt. Shout out to my boy Matt.
[8:56 - 9:06] But this is actually very much largely based off of his character. His character is actually a dragonborn style warrior.
[9:06 - 9:13] He's actually a mage with dragon wings, as you guys can tell right there on the back.
[9:13 - 9:19] You have all the different phases here, you got the battle phases, the knockdown phases.
[9:19 - 9:26] So yeah, there's that.
[9:26 - 9:32] But as you can tell, the game is coming along very, very nicely, as you guys can tell.
[9:32 - 9:35] I've done a lot of work within the last few days.
[9:35 - 9:44] So yeah, hopefully you guys enjoy it when it drops. Like I said, I don't know when it's going to drop, but when it does, it's going to be awesome.
[9:44 - 9:49] It's going to be epic and I hope you guys will enjoy it.
[9:49 - 10:08] It will be available for iOS, Android, as well as PC. So you guys will be able to play it across all platforms, whether you're on mobile device, whether you're on PC, whether you're on iOS, whether you're on Android, you guys will be able to pick it up.
[10:08 - 10:16] I'm not sure about distribution yet. I am working on that. But like I said, you guys will be able to pick it up.
[10:16 - 10:23] For a pretty good price, it's not going to be too expensive. I am taking my time with this one.
[10:23 - 10:28] But like I said, you guys will be able to play it across all platforms.
[10:28 - 10:43] Once a demo releases, I will be looking for people to actually test it out, test out bugs, let me know what you guys think so far, what you guys do, don't like, all that good stuff.
[10:43 - 10:52] So yeah, with that being said, I'm your boy. You know who it is. The one, the only, was on the ground.
