[0:00 - 0:09] (silence)
[0:09 - 0:11] What's up everybody?
[0:11 - 0:42] (silence)
[0:42 - 0:45] Good morning everybody! What's up, what's up, what's up?
[0:45 - 0:59] That looks good! Now I'm giving it here to get this whole photo lens on here.
[0:59 - 1:08] (silence)
[1:08 - 1:11] Alright, so here you guys go.
[1:11 - 1:15] (silence)
[1:15 - 1:17] Yo C.I.A.
[1:17 - 1:22] (silence)
[1:22 - 1:24] Hey Circumstances.
[1:24 - 1:26] Yo what rocks, what's up?
[1:26 - 1:32] Now, as you all know, yesterday my shop got shut down.
[1:32 - 1:35] I am currently re-upping it.
[1:35 - 1:38] Now, the piece I'm going to do on here,
[1:38 - 1:42] I am going to explain it as I do it.
[1:42 - 1:46] And the piece that I am going to be doing actually is going to be up in the shop
[1:46 - 1:48] when I get it back up and running.
[1:48 - 1:52] So I kind of wanted to show you guys how I do my artwork
[1:52 - 1:55] and kind of explain how I do what I do.
[1:55 - 2:02] So you guys can also have a better understanding of not only how I do my artwork,
[2:02 - 2:06] but also how the fair use law works as well.
[2:06 - 2:14] So, with that being said, we're going to get this started from literally start to finish.
[2:14 - 2:22] So, now as you guys can tell, I have Krita up right here.
[2:22 - 2:26] And Krita is my program of choice.
[2:26 - 2:29] That's what I use.
[2:29 - 2:32] That's just for me, Krita is...
[2:32 - 2:41] If you guys don't know what Krita is, it's ultimately a program for artists.
[2:41 - 2:43] A lot of artists use it.
[2:43 - 2:44] I use it.
[2:44 - 2:50] I have used Photoshop, but I do prefer Krita above everything else
[2:50 - 2:57] because of the fact that I actually have gotten paint and brush sponsors in the past
[2:57 - 3:03] from other artists who use Krita as well, who enjoy seeing me do what I do.
[3:03 - 3:07] So, we're about to get this started.
[3:07 - 3:14] Now, right here, as you can tell, I have blank slate, you know, nothing here.
[3:14 - 3:19] So we're going to go here to open file.
[3:19 - 3:26] No, I said open file, not.
[3:26 - 3:34] Why has it done this?
[3:34 - 3:42] All right, so we're going to go to open file and we're going to choose one here.
[3:42 - 3:44] You know, let's go with this one right here.
[3:44 - 3:51] Since this one is one of my favorite images that I have grabbed up.
[3:51 - 3:55] So, as you guys can tell, we now have our base image.
[3:55 - 3:59] As you can tell, it's just your basic image.
[3:59 - 4:10] Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to turn this image into a brand new base form.
[4:10 - 4:16] Basically, I'm going to take and create a brand new base with it,
[4:16 - 4:21] like a brand new base form of the image started from scratch.
[4:21 - 4:28] So, with that being said, let's get started.
[4:28 - 4:47] Make sure it's on the front one, make sure that's upscaled where it needs to be.
[4:47 - 5:01] For this one, I usually start out at like 24.
[5:01 - 5:06] There we go, 24.1.
[5:06 - 5:13] Now, if you guys don't know, I am using a stylus and sketch pad just because it's easier for me to use.
[5:13 - 5:18] For me, it's much easier.
[5:18 - 5:38] God, this thing is so waggy on here.
[5:38 - 6:07] So, as you can see, as you all can tell, I'm literally just ever so slightly pulling the face colors from the top here down.
[6:08 - 6:13] In each piece, depending on how much detail there is,
[6:13 - 6:25] it usually takes me about 8 hours for an hour, hour and a half to do.
[6:25 - 6:36] So, as you guys can tell, I'm just ever so slightly pulling the colors.
[6:36 - 7:15] [no speech detected]
[7:15 - 7:19] I know it might not look like much now, but just wait till the end.
[7:19 - 7:27] I know it's going to be a long ass stream, but trust me, it'll be worth it.
[7:27 - 7:38] So, as you can tell, I'm ultimately creating a brand new base.
[7:38 - 7:51] [no speech detected]
[7:51 - 7:59] Well, here's the way I can speed this process up, but just like, you know,
[7:59 - 8:14] any other artist, you know, good art takes time.
[8:14 - 8:21] Oh, there we go. Now it's going faster. Now I can actually pick up speed a bit.
[8:21 - 8:36] [no speech detected]
[8:36 - 8:45] And sometimes I do have to do this. It all depends on the image.
[8:45 - 8:49] Why the hell is my fucking hair? There we go.
[8:49 - 8:53] Hate when that happens. Like, y'all ever wear a beanie and like,
[8:53 - 8:59] it just like rolls up behind your ears like the tip of it like rolls up
[8:59 - 9:11] and I started irritating you. Yeah, mine just did that.
[9:11 - 9:27] And I would play some music, but unfortunately I kind of can't.
[9:27 - 9:36] This is bad. I have my HDMI cable plugged up.
[9:36 - 9:48] So yeah.
[9:48 - 9:56] And the thing I like about Krita is there's like almost no lag at all.
[9:56 - 10:13] Like I love Krita for the fact there's like almost zero lag.
[10:13 - 10:20] Now I do like to work on different parts simultaneously.
[10:20 - 10:28] I love doing that. Like, you know, just taking working on different parts simultaneously.
[10:28 - 10:33] Just to kind of make it easier so like if I get bored of one spot,
[10:33 - 10:37] I can hop over to another spot. Like, you know, with the face,
[10:37 - 10:42] this part is going to take a while. So I can start to bring other elements together.
[10:42 - 10:59] I like the eyes or the surrounding area.
[10:59 - 11:06] Now this part right here, I am going to
[11:06 - 11:12] pull the skin down into here just ever so slightly.
[11:12 - 11:24] And I am going to blend it in with these colors just to kind of give it that darker tone.
[11:24 - 11:48] And.
[11:48 - 12:17] Okay.
[12:17 - 12:46] Go back over here and work on this a bit.
[12:46 - 12:54] Like this is legitimately the process I have to go through with every image,
[12:54 - 13:02] just blending the colors, creating that new base.
[13:02 - 13:10] So now as you guys can tell, I'm literally creating a brand new base image.
[13:10 - 13:15] And just pulling everything together. How did that go like that?
[13:15 - 13:20] You can go away, sir.
[13:20 - 13:49] Thank you.
[13:49 - 14:18] Okay.
[14:18 - 14:47] Thank you.
[14:47 - 15:16] Okay.
[15:16 - 15:22] Come on, man.
[15:23 - 15:51] Don't give me shit.
[15:51 - 16:46] Okay.
[16:46 - 17:15] Thank you.
[17:15 - 23:29] Okay.
[23:29 - 23:58] I love for saying I run their mouth about me now.
[23:58 - 24:55] Okay.
[24:55 - 25:08] All you have to say is this, hey, Kate, talk you shit now, bitch.
[25:08 - 25:37] Run your fucking tongue out now you dumbass.
[25:37 - 30:05] Okay.
[30:05 - 30:34] Thanks.
[30:34 - 32:29] Okay.
[32:29 - 32:46] All right, so now that we have our base, now that we have our actual base, our new base,
[32:46 - 33:15] start up now comes the far.
[33:15 - 33:44] All right, so we got our basic mouth.
[33:44 - 34:13] And we're in the line.
[34:13 - 37:06] Okay.
[37:06 - 37:35] All right.
[37:35 - 38:30] Okay.
[38:30 - 38:55] All right, not quite done yet.
[38:55 - 39:16] Just a few spots.
[39:16 - 39:24] Okay.
[39:24 - 39:28] Tell me again, how I'm an art thief.
[39:28 - 39:31] I am to you guys in the comments.
[39:31 - 39:37] That looks pretty transformative to you, doesn't it?
[39:37 - 39:50] I seriously, that looks, that looks more than transformative to you, doesn't it?
[39:50 - 39:54] I seriously, how does that not look transformative?
[39:54 - 40:18] Like, for real?
[40:18 - 40:27] Like, seriously?
[40:27 - 40:32] Like, it doesn't get more than fair use than that.
[40:32 - 40:34] Like, for real?
[40:34 - 40:51] Like, that right there is more than fair fucking use, man.
[40:51 - 40:57] Like, for real?
[40:57 - 41:03] Hell yeah, I do.
[41:03 - 41:07] Like, so Kate, comment me again, bitch.
[41:07 - 41:11] This right here is beyond fair use.
[41:11 - 41:17] Like, this right here is far beyond fair fucking use.
[41:17 - 41:27] And the law specifically states that if you are transformative with an art piece,
[41:27 - 41:39] especially in the style that I just did, that is, by all technical standards, fair fucking use.
[41:39 - 41:46] So, seriously, learn the fucking laws before you step to me again.
[41:46 - 41:52] And to those that are wondering, my shop is going to be back up today.
[41:52 - 41:55] It will be back up and running today.
[41:55 - 42:02] And I also have a brand new art channel under the Art World, under the Odd World Art brand,
[42:02 - 42:07] dropping today for you all to be able to check out.
[42:07 - 42:15] Now, tomorrow, I will be able to livestream art streams as I just got the livestream stuff set up today.
[42:15 - 42:21] So, I have to, you know, wait 24 hours to go through that process.
[42:21 - 42:27] But, since starting tomorrow, I will be livestreaming on my other channel, on my art channel,
[42:27 - 42:30] for you guys to be able to check out my stuff.
[42:30 - 42:38] So...
[42:38 - 42:40] Hey, James, no problem, brother.
[42:40 - 42:41] Always happy, man.
[42:41 - 42:45] I'm always happy to put out a content like this.
[42:45 - 42:49] So, Kate, try again, bitch.
[42:49 - 42:58] Ha, ha, ha.
[42:58 - 43:03] But, with that being said, y'all, I said, I know it's taking a while.
[43:03 - 43:05] I'm not entirely done with this yet.
[43:05 - 43:10] I still need to, you know, finish this piece off a little bit more.
[43:10 - 43:14] But, once it's done, it is going to be up in the shop for you guys to check out,
[43:14 - 43:18] for y'all to get your hands on.
[43:18 - 43:21] Hey, oh, Dr. Chicken Bitch.
[43:21 - 43:29] Dr. Chicken Boy, how you doing, fuck face?
[43:29 - 43:38] How you doing, Chicken Boy?
[43:38 - 43:57] Yo, guys, guys, stop the chat for a minute.
[43:57 - 44:01] There we go, had to get rid of Chicken Bitch.
[44:01 - 44:04] Sorry, y'all, had to get rid of Chicken Boy there for a second,
[44:04 - 44:18] because Chicken Boy is a little, you know, not so.
[44:18 - 44:26] But, like, for real, though, if people didn't actually like my artwork,
[44:26 - 44:32] then why is it that I have 200+ people that are not only enjoying my artwork,
[44:32 - 44:35] but why is it that I have people doing commission,
[44:35 - 44:45] why is it that people have me doing commission art into something like this?
[44:45 - 44:51] If you look up Krita, yo, blue eye.
[44:51 - 44:58] Yo, blue eye bandit, look up Krita, that's K-R-I-T-A.
[44:58 - 45:07] As a matter of fact, I'll actually put it in the thing.
[45:07 - 45:11] If you guys look it up, you guys can get it completely free.
[45:11 - 45:13] It's a free program for PC.
[45:13 - 45:16] I believe they have it for iOS, too.
[45:16 - 45:30] So, for those of you that do want to get into doing artwork and stuff like that,
[45:30 - 45:37] for those of you that do want to get into doing art and stuff like that,
[45:37 - 45:41] I definitely use it not only for this style, I use it for, as you guys know,
[45:41 - 45:46] my graffiti art characters and stuff like that as well.
[45:46 - 45:50] I'm thinking about starting a clothing line with the graffiti art that I do as well.
[45:50 - 45:53] I'm thinking about doing it.
[45:53 - 45:56] Posting comments, if you guys would like to see some of my graffiti characters
[45:56 - 45:59] on some shirts and stuff.
[45:59 - 46:01] Put that in the comments letting you guys know.
[46:01 - 46:06] Do you guys want to be specific with artistry like this,
[46:06 - 46:12] like the gothic-y, creepy shit, or do you guys also want some graffiti stuff next in there?
[46:12 - 46:37] [Silence]
[46:37 - 46:38] So...
[46:38 - 46:41] [Silence]
[46:41 - 46:44] With that being said, y'all, hope y'all did enjoy this,
[46:44 - 46:49] and I will catch you guys later today.
[46:49 - 46:51] What's up, dawg, can you teach me?
[46:51 - 46:53] [Silence]
[46:53 - 46:56] Wow, let's see, wow, dude.
[46:56 - 46:59] This is wow, man.
[46:59 - 47:02] Like I said, dude, I don't steal art.
[47:02 - 47:05] I create it, bitch.
[47:05 - 47:09] I create that shit.
[47:09 - 47:16] Basically, what I did ultimately was I took on blending the colors together
[47:16 - 47:21] of the original piece to make a brand new base form,
[47:21 - 47:24] and then in that base form,
[47:24 - 47:29] I went and created this.
[47:29 - 47:33] So, there's that.
[47:33 - 47:43] [Silence]
[47:43 - 47:45] Not true, my dude.
[47:45 - 47:48] Not true, sweet carnage.
[47:48 - 47:50] Anything can be a canvas.
[47:50 - 47:55] As a matter of fact, let me flip the light on here.
[47:55 - 47:59] That way, y'all can see my face, and I'm not totally in the dark.
[47:59 - 48:04] There's the thing, there's the thing, carnage.
[48:04 - 48:07] This is something that I learned over the years.
[48:07 - 48:10] Anything can be in this.
[48:10 - 48:15] A photo, a blank canvas, a blank piece of paper.
[48:15 - 48:18] Anything can be used as a canvas.
[48:18 - 48:23] How do you think tattoo artists, you know, are?
[48:23 - 48:24] You got to figure.
[48:24 - 48:27] They will literally take, and this is true.
[48:27 - 48:29] A lot of tattoo artists will do this.
[48:29 - 48:31] If you're doing a cover-up tattoo,
[48:31 - 48:41] sometimes they will incorporate that old tattoo into the new one.
[48:41 - 48:45] Like, come on, man.
[48:45 - 48:49] Exactly, dude. Anything can be a fucking canvas.
[48:49 - 48:53] Whether it's a photo, whether it's blank shit,
[48:53 - 48:59] it don't matter. Just for me, photos are my canvas.
[48:59 - 49:02] You know, photos that I grab off at Google,
[49:02 - 49:07] and I transform into these beautiful pieces, that's my canvas.
[49:07 - 49:12] Now, your canvas may be an actual canvas,
[49:12 - 49:17] like an actual painting canvas, a blank piece of paper,
[49:17 - 49:21] you know, a piece of notebook here, whatever it is.
[49:21 - 49:30] For me, photos are my canvas,
[49:30 - 49:35] and they will always be my canvas.
[49:35 - 49:43] So, with that being said, I know, dude,
[49:43 - 49:47] I know, I know, I'm late, I'm getting a fucking tattoo,
[49:47 - 49:51] but I am saving up for one.
[49:51 - 49:55] I promise you guys, first chance I get to either
[49:55 - 49:57] get ahold of one of my friends downtown here
[49:57 - 50:00] that runs one of the Arkham Tattoo Shops,
[50:00 - 50:02] which if you guys don't know,
[50:02 - 50:06] Arkham Tattoo is actually Akron's most notable
[50:06 - 50:11] and famous tattoo shop that my friend Harry actually works at.
[50:11 - 50:15] So, either I'm going to talk to him about getting a tattoo,
[50:15 - 50:20] or I'll probably hit up, you know,
[50:20 - 50:22] my cousin Jason can get a tattoo,
[50:22 - 50:25] but yes, I am saving up to get a tattoo.
[50:25 - 50:27] Buy somebody that I know and trust,
[50:27 - 50:29] not some random fucking weirdo,
[50:29 - 50:34] but I am going to try to get a tattoo as soon as I get the money.
[50:34 - 50:36] I promise you guys that.
[50:36 - 50:38] I will be rocking something hopefully real soon.
[50:38 - 50:40] So, with that being said,
[50:40 - 50:44] I will catch you guys later in the next livestream.
[50:44 - 50:47] So, yeah, peace.
[50:47 - 50:50] And to all our artists out there that are holding it down,
[50:50 - 50:52] keep on doing you, man.
[50:52 - 50:53] Keep creating.
[50:53 - 50:55] Keep on doing what you love, man.
[50:55 - 50:58] Don't let motherfuckers like these idiots in the freaking comments
[50:58 - 51:03] stop you guys.
[51:03 - 51:05] The way that I do,
[51:05 - 51:07] or if you're doing it from the ground up,
[51:07 - 51:10] or whatever, you know, however you're doing it,
[51:10 - 51:12] keep that shit up, man.
[51:12 - 51:14] Keep the creating this up, man.
[51:14 - 51:16] Keep that shit going.
[51:16 - 51:19] And I will catch you guys later, man.
[51:19 - 51:22] Shout out to all my other artists out there on YouTube.
[51:22 - 51:26] Shout out to Nerdforge.
[51:26 - 51:27] Kevin Jasmine.
[51:27 - 51:32] Shout out to all the artists out there that I check out and that I watch.
[51:32 - 51:35] Shout out to all y'all crazy motherfucking artists holding it down, man.
[51:35 - 51:37] Fucking love you guys.
[51:37 - 51:41] And shout out to all the new inspiring artists out there that,
[51:41 - 51:44] you know, do, you don't want to do artwork and stuff.
[51:44 - 51:49] Like I said, whether you want to do something similar to what I do
[51:49 - 51:51] or whether you do it from the ground up,
[51:51 - 51:53] hey, keep creating, man.
[51:53 - 51:55] Art is fucking art.
[51:55 - 51:57] Enjoy that shit.
[51:57 - 51:58] Peace.
[51:58 - 52:00] And from wherever you guys are around the world,
[52:00 - 52:04] I hope you guys have a good day, good morning, good evening,
[52:04 - 52:06] afternoon, wherever you guys are around the world.
[52:06 - 52:11] And just be safe and I will catch you guys in the next stream, y'all.
[52:11 - 52:13] Peace.
[52:14 - 52:15] [end of transcript]
