[0:57 - 1:20] fucking amazing. How you help people is awesome. But let me tell you right now, your mods
[1:20 - 1:30] are trash. See, something you might not be aware of, Jake, is that your mods are a piece
[1:30 - 1:40] of shit and you kinda need to fix them. See, the other day, I donated to your channel.
[1:40 - 1:45] I have respect for you because I respect you as a YouTuber and I've been following you
[1:45 - 1:52] for some time now on YouTube. I've watched a lot of your vlogs and a lot of your videos
[1:52 - 2:03] have helped me over the years. But what doesn't make sense to me is why you didn't look deeper
[2:03 - 2:16] into this situation. Cause see, I've been being attacked for the last four months by
[2:16 - 2:21] this YouTuber by the name of MusicBizMarty. He's been coming out to my family and the
[2:21 - 2:29] police wouldn't do anything. So I figured why not reach out to one of my favorite YouTubers
[2:29 - 2:39] who has a larger community who might be able to do something. Now, here's the deal. Yes,
[2:39 - 2:51] I said a derogatory term, but I was not meaning it in a derogatory way. I was using it as
[2:51 - 2:59] a reference to call the person that is attacking me ignorant. Now, was I wrong in doing it?
[2:59 - 3:06] Yes, but you have to understand something. And that is the fact that this person has
[3:06 - 3:13] been attacking me for several months now. Day in and day out, you can go look at his
[3:13 - 3:23] channel. His name is MusicBizMarty. Now, what MusicBizMarty did is after I made the video,
[3:23 - 3:30] thanking you for giving me a shout out. Cause like I said in my video, you didn't have to,
[3:30 - 3:35] but you did. And that right there meant a lot to me. Cause like I said, I respect you
[3:35 - 3:45] as a YouTuber. I listen to your music. You've got some amazing stuff. I'm not gonna lie.
[3:45 - 3:54] Now here's the issue at hand. Instead of your angels or whatever you call them, your angels,
[3:54 - 4:03] your mods on your discord, digging deeper into the situation and actually seeing what's
[4:03 - 4:14] really going on, they decided to sit there and ban me from your discord and ban my name
[4:14 - 4:21] from ever being mentioned. Now, one thing you may not be aware of Jake is that there's
[4:21 - 4:28] something going on around YouTube that's been going on for quite some time now. Like this
[4:28 - 4:33] hasn't been going on for a super long time, but it's been going on for a little over
[4:33 - 4:42] a couple of years now, where people will clone someone's account. They'll pretend to be
[4:42 - 4:49] that person and they'll go onto their favorite YouTuber's accounts and pretend to be them
[4:49 - 4:56] and turn these people against them. And that's exactly what this person did. He pretended
[4:56 - 5:07] to ban me. He had his friends pretend to be me. He basically had a bunch of mock-up accounts
[5:07 - 5:18] of my profile on YouTube and had his little friends from his discord go in and spam your
[5:18 - 5:29] live stream the other day that you took down. Now, I said, I don't hold you responsible
[5:29 - 5:39] for any of this, but I am holding your angels, your moderators. I am holding you responsible
[5:39 - 5:49] and I am calling you guys out. Because what you guys did is not right. See, you claim
[5:49 - 6:00] that you're about community and helping people, but yet you prove that you're really not
[6:00 - 6:06] about that when you did what you did to me. I reached out to you guys to get help with
[6:06 - 6:12] a situation that I'm not able to deal with on my own and that the police and the Federal
[6:12 - 6:21] Bureau of Investigations here will not help with at all whatsoever. They literally will
[6:21 - 6:30] not help them. We've tried. I figured I would try to reach out to you guys to seek refuge,
[6:30 - 6:45] to seek help with a problem that is exceeding far past YouTube. This whole situation exceeds
[6:45 - 6:55] social media, okay? My family has been attacked. My personal family has been attacked. My biological
[6:55 - 7:14] father lost his job because of this man. That's how bad it's gotten. Yo, what up? Yo, Bradley,

[8:00 - 8:10] to do some remodeling. Now, do I respect you as a YouTuber and a musician? 100% yes. 100%
[8:10 - 8:19] I respect what you do and I enjoy what you do. I enjoy your content. 100% I enjoy it.
[8:19 - 8:29] But what you need to do is get control of your mods and have them stop being assholes
[8:29 - 8:39] to people, like for real. Like stop letting your mods run rampant and be assholes to people.
[8:39 - 8:46] Because somebody fucking comes into your community and they ask for help, instead of
[8:46 - 8:52] just kicking that person out and believing what the majority says, you need to dig a
[8:52 - 8:59] little bit deeper and actually look into this person's, you know, the situation and
[8:59 - 9:06] everything involved. Instead of digging into this guy's channel, your mods literally just
[9:06 - 9:14] kick me out and want nothing to do with me. I'm banned now because of these fucking assholes.
[9:14 - 9:25] I came to your community to seek help. To seek fucking refuge. To seek help on a situation
[9:25 - 9:33] that has exceeded anything I am able to do. I cannot deal with this situation on my own.
[9:33 - 9:42] I've gone to the police. I've gone to the proper authorities. No one is helping at all.
[9:42 - 9:49] And it's sad. You claim that your community is about helping people, but if you go to
[9:49 - 9:59] MusicBizMarty's channel, if you go to MusicBizMarty's channel, you'll see that his channel is nothing
[9:59 - 10:07] but him attacking me day in and day out, day in and day out. While I'm literally over here,
[10:07 - 10:11] you can ask anybody that knows me. You can ask my good friend, my little brother and
[10:11 - 10:16] best friend right here, Bradley. You can ask anybody that knows in my chat. If you
[10:16 - 10:24] watch my chat, you can ask anybody that genuinely enjoys what I do or sees that I'm actually
[10:24 - 10:33] trying to do something other than focus on Marty. I genuinely am trying to do something
[10:33 - 10:43] with my life. I am genuinely trying to do something positive with my life, but I am
[10:43 - 10:50] unable to do that thing because this person wants to interfere and interject into my
[10:50 - 11:01] life and ruin everything I've ever tried to do. And that's not fair. That's not fair
[11:01 - 11:10] to myself and to my subscribers that, you know, do try to purchase, you know, my merchandise
[11:10 - 11:16] and the stuff that I do. That's not fair. They lose their money and they lose their
[11:16 - 11:24] stuff and don't get what they order because this person wants to interject themselves
[11:24 - 11:31] into my life and ruin everything I'm trying to do. Now, like I said, Jake, I respect you.
[11:31 - 11:37] I like what you do. I respect you. I think you're a really good guy. I appreciate everything
[11:37 - 11:42] you do. Like I said, your video on not giving a chill cool thing has actually helped me
[11:42 - 11:52] quite a bit. Like I will admit it has helped me to, you know, build that thick skin to
[11:52 - 11:57] deal with these people that I deal with on a daily basis that are trolling and, you know,
[11:57 - 12:05] doing this on the other. I will admit that your music, top notch, good stuff. I fucking
[12:05 - 12:18] enjoy it. But what I don't enjoy is when I come into your community and you say and
[12:18 - 12:30] your moderators sit there and come after me for no reason, like that's not okay. And
[12:30 - 12:39] I already know that somebody pretended to be Jake. Nice try, Marty. Nice try, Marty.

[13:58 - 14:06] a very real issue, that exceeds social media and the proper authorities won't deal with
[14:06 - 14:12] it. I don't agree with the fact that when somebody tries to seek help and refuge and
[14:12 - 14:18] reaches out to your community to seek help to see if there's anything that something
[14:18 - 14:24] can be done or try to put a word out about the person that is doing this, I don't think
[14:24 - 14:34] that it's right that your moderators banned me and kicked me. Yes, I said one bad word.
[14:34 - 14:40] Was I wrong in saying that? Yes. But you also have to understand this person has harassed
[14:40 - 14:48] me day in and day out for many, many months. And I tried walking away from it. I tried
[14:48 - 14:54] blocking him. I tried reporting him. I've gone to the proper authorities. Nothing is
[14:54 - 15:00] being done. So I thought my best option would be to reach out to one of my favorite YouTubers
[15:00 - 15:06] or somebody that I know that can help, which I reached out to your community, obviously.
[15:06 - 15:18] And all I give back in return is kicked out, ridiculed, bashed on by you, which I can't
[15:18 - 15:25] really say I blame you for what you did because you were, you're unaware of the real situation
[15:25 - 15:34] up to this point. Like you were unaware of what Marty and his goons do. And I can't
[15:34 - 15:43] blame you for that. I don't fault you for reacting the way you did. But that being
[15:43 - 15:53] said, Jake, you need to get your moderators under control or do some remodting or something
[15:53 - 16:03] or talk to them and, you know, sort something out because I came in there seeking help
[16:03 - 16:12] and refuge. And all I got in return was bashed on and turned away and cast aside. You claim
[16:12 - 16:19] that your community is about help, but really isn't really about helping people because
[16:19 - 16:28] when I came in there and sought help and sought out help, I got turned away and laughed
[16:28 - 16:36] at. Like, you know, like I'm not saying this being mean towards you. I'm not saying this
[16:36 - 16:45] being an asshole. But let me be very clear. You need to check your Discord more often.
[16:45 - 16:53] You need to be on there more often and actually take a look at what is really going on.

[18:03 - 18:07] people, but you know, I'm doing what they do by shutting people out without looking
[18:07 - 18:18] into the situation and digging into it. That's what you need to fix. So Jake, get your Discord
[18:18 - 18:26] in check. Okay, I'm not making this as an attack video towards you. I'm calling out
[18:26 - 18:36] your fucking bullshit moderators that want to do nothing but cast people out who seek
[18:36 - 18:48] refuge. Like this situation I'm dealing with is beyond me. It's beyond and out of my control.
[18:48 - 18:56] Therefore I am seeking out refuge and help in any way that I can get it. Because I try
[18:56 - 19:06] to report in this person's channel, I've gone to the proper authorities as I've said,
[19:06 - 19:15] but yet nothing gets done. And that's why I came to your community to seek out your
[19:15 - 19:21] help of your people, your community, because I know that with your help, I know that with
[19:21 - 19:37] your community itself, something can get done. Like your community is bullshit. I respect
[19:37 - 19:43] you, Jake. I respect what you do. I respect your music and everything that you do. I
[19:43 - 19:50] respect that because you are a respectable person. I will give you that. You are very
[19:50 - 19:58] respectable. I will give you that. But the one thing I will not give you is a bullshit
[19:58 - 20:07] fucking moderators that you got up in there. Your moderators are trash. Like if they turn
[20:07 - 20:13] me away when I saw out your help, what are they going to do to someone else down the
[20:13 - 20:20] fucking road? What happens when somebody else like myself comes into the community and seeks
[20:20 - 20:28] help? You need to think about these things. What happens when somebody comes into the
[20:28 - 20:36] community to seek help from the community, to seek refuge, to reach out to get some sort
[20:36 - 20:45] of help with whatever they are dealing with? What are your angels going to do? Are they
[20:45 - 20:52] going to kick them out too just like they did me? Or are they going to actually help
[20:52 - 21:01] them? That's what I am saying, Jake. You need to sit down and really think about what
[21:01 - 21:09] you are doing. About what your mods are doing more specifically. Because like I said, Jake,
[21:09 - 21:17] I respect you. I have been watching you for a little over four years now and I respect
[21:17 - 21:23] what you do. I respect your channel. I respect your videos. I respect you as a person and
[21:23 - 21:30] as a human being. But what I don't respect is how you sit there and let your mods run
[21:30 - 21:42] rampant and get rid of people like they do. Like that's not okay. Like if I have something
[21:42 - 21:49] going on, if somebody reaches out to my community and they need help, I try to do the best
[21:49 - 21:59] I can to help them. Like not that long ago there was somebody that is a subscriber on
[21:59 - 22:09] my channel that was dealing with a very real issue and needed some help with that issue.
[22:09 - 22:15] I solved everything I was doing after that live stream. I put aside what I was doing
[22:15 - 22:23] and I reached out to that person and I was like, "Hey, what's going on? What's going
[22:23 - 22:33] on? What are you dealing with? What's the matter?" I reached out and proceeded to help
[22:33 - 22:42] them in the best way that I could. That's what your mods need to do. Because unlike
[22:42 - 22:50] your mods, I dug into the situation and saw what was really going on. I did my research
[22:50 - 22:59] on the situation that was brought up and I dealt with it and I helped that person out.
[22:59 - 23:07] But your mods, they don't do that and that's sad. Your angels aren't angels. They're pieces
[23:07 - 23:14] of fucking shit and you need to get yourself in check. You need to get your moderators
[23:14 - 23:23] in check. No disrespect to you but your angels, your moderators, they're trash. They're bullshit
[23:23 - 23:29] and you need to fix that. I'm just saying man, you need to fix that because as I said
[23:29 - 23:40] I respect you as a person and as a musician and as a person that creates good content
[23:40 - 23:46] and tries to help people. Like I said, I respect that about you Jake. 100% I respect
