[0:00 - 0:13] What's up everybody? If you guys don't know me, I'm in the industry as myself. My name is Chance. I'm 30 years old. I have Akron, Ohio.
[0:13 - 0:29] I'm a digital artist and part-time music artist as well as a manga creator. Well, I'm currently working on my first manga, but I'm making this video.
[0:29 - 0:38] To tell my story about something that's very real that's going on that has my family, I'm very scared.
[0:38 - 0:55] You see, there's this guy on YouTube by the name of MusicBizMarty. He has two friends, Schmecklecat and TylerNY, who are on his panel all the time.
[0:55 - 1:14] And they've been bullying me over the last six years, but over the last few months to the past year and a half, including the past 48 hours, have been a living nightmare.
[1:14 - 1:28] They have been harassing my family. They've been attacking my family. They cost my brother his job.
[1:28 - 1:47] They've sent rope to my house to both me and my mom, basically telling us to kill ourselves. They've broken into my bank account, stolen money from me.
[1:47 - 2:06] They've bullied me on YouTube quite a bit and they do so every day. They've just really been bullying me to the point where I don't know what to do.
[2:06 - 2:18] For those of you that don't know, there are no cyberbullying laws for adults here in Ohio. We've reached out to the local police.
[2:18 - 2:39] We've reached out to the FBI and nobody will do anything. I've tried ignoring them. I've tried to reason with them and nothing I do works.
[2:39 - 2:49] I can literally walk away from YouTube for good and they would still find a way to attack me.
[2:49 - 3:08] I've had to change my passwords for my social media many times over because of them. I've had, like I said, my bank account broken into.
[3:08 - 3:27] At one point with the whole rope incident, they have basically broken into my bank account. At one point got my credit card info, pretended to be me, and sent the rope to my house as if I ordered it when I never did.
[3:27 - 3:39] They've been spreading lies about me, rumors about me. They've got people believing that I'm a rapist when I'm not.
[3:39 - 3:55] They have sat there and shut down my art shops for no reason to keep me from making money.
[3:55 - 4:09] These people have literally terrorized my family nonstop and nobody will do anything at all to stop them.
[4:09 - 4:31] Like I said, we've reached out to the police, we've reached out to the FBI, we've reported his channel on YouTube, we've reached out to YouTube themselves, and literally nothing is getting done.
[4:31 - 4:47] My family's constantly living in fear. Because of them, I'm barely sleeping at night, I'm barely eating. I'm constantly afraid. My family's constantly afraid.
[4:47 - 4:58] At one point they even bomb-threaded. They threatened to blow up a mom's car at one point.
[4:58 - 5:11] These people, as I said, they've hacked in, gotten personal information. They've been bullying me on YouTube for a very long time now.
[5:11 - 5:28] The main one, MusicBizMarty, he's been attacking me for over six years. But starting from July of last year, it started to get progressively worse.
[5:28 - 5:42] But these last two weeks to these last 48 hours have been a living nightmare. A literal living nightmare. I feel like I'm living in a nightmare that will not end.
[5:42 - 5:54] Because it seems like every time me and my family reach out for help, they attack us more and more and more. And we don't know what to do anymore.
[5:54 - 6:06] We don't know what to do. We want to stop these people so bad. But nobody will help us. Because there's no laws here.
[6:06 - 6:29] And we literally fear for our lives every day because of these people. So if anybody out there can please help me and my family, please, please do so.
[6:29 - 6:40] They've cost my brother his job. They attack me. They attack my family. We don't know what to do anymore.
