2021-2-27 MY OFFICIAL RETIREMENT FROM MUSIC AND WHAT IS NEXT

[0:23 - 0:29] this. I know I started to say something last live stream during the last live but
[0:29 - 0:39] my little brother Ian called in to talk to me right quick but um I've been
[0:39 - 0:46] thinking about this for quite some time now and it's something that I've always
[0:46 - 0:57] wanted to do which is to step away from music you know as a vocalist you know
[0:57 - 1:07] entirely I do want to step away from that so I talked it over with my family
[1:07 - 1:16] and my girlfriend and my little brother Ian and my friends and they all agree
[1:16 - 1:27] and we are all in agreement that my time has come as much I had to say it tomorrow
[1:27 - 1:35] will be my final performance tomorrow is gonna be my final performance via rap
[1:35 - 1:42] battle and covers maybe maybe covers I don't know but tomorrow will be my
[1:42 - 1:49] final performance as a music artist I'll be stepping more behind the scenes with
[1:49 - 1:57] stuff I'll be doing I'll be you know doing more of like you know beat making
[1:57 - 2:03] producing you know stuff of that nature I'll be doing stuff like that I'll be
[2:03 - 2:13] producing beats instrumentals stuff like that but my main focus actually will be
[2:13 - 2:18] on you know a size just from doing you know instrumentals like that'll be like
[2:18 - 2:26] a side thing and if somebody wants me to feature on something cool but uh my
[2:26 - 2:35] main focus will actually be on three things which is my writing and whatnot
[2:35 - 2:41] my writing and artwork because as you guys know I'm very good with my artwork
[2:41 - 2:47] been doing it for years since I was a kid so I will be focusing mainly on my
[2:47 - 2:55] artwork my writing I actually am rewriting an old book that I'm redoing
[2:55 - 2:59] and changing some things around going back in and redoing everything to
[2:59 - 3:04] release that and self-publish that I will be focusing on gaming a lot more
[3:04 - 3:10] because as you guys know I got a small-time sponsorship with rogue energy
[3:10 - 3:16] which as you guys know rogue energy is you know a small-time sponsor gaming
[3:16 - 3:23] sponsorship and whatnot so I will be focusing on that full-time as well but
[3:23 - 3:30] uh yes I am still building a new studio but it's not gonna be geared towards
[3:30 - 3:36] music it's gonna be more geared towards doing digital artwork towards you know
[3:36 - 3:42] gaming you know slash racing that kind of will be revolving around that kind
[3:42 - 3:48] of stuff and another thing that it actually will be revolving around that
[3:48 - 3:52] I didn't speak about yet that I do want to focus on that a lot of people do
[3:52 - 3:59] enjoy which is my filmmaking my film work my photography work so those are
[3:59 - 4:06] like the main four things I will be focusing on is you know doing you know
[4:06 - 4:13] my artwork and writing obviously my racing as you guys know I'm very
[4:13 - 4:18] proficient with my racing I actually have a small-time sponsor and
[4:18 - 4:23] obviously you know my filmmaking because a lot of people wanted to see a talking
[4:23 - 4:30] wrench part 2 and they wanted to see me do a darkness - as well they wanted to
[4:30 - 4:35] see me do a a lot of you guys wanted to see me do a continuation of the
[4:35 - 4:40] darkness you know you guys wanted me to kind of do a second film leading up to
[4:40 - 4:48] that or you know like after that one so I will be doing that and focusing on
[4:48 - 4:55] those three things but tomorrow night will be my final performance as a vocal
[4:55 - 5:00] artist like I said I'll be focusing more behind the scenes I'll be doing
[5:00 - 5:08] some dope ass merch for you know for those of you guys that know you know I
[5:08 - 5:14] am bringing back to DK customs racing channel I'm bringing that back full
[5:14 - 5:25] swing original logo the whole nine I'm bringing that back so I mean I got a
[5:25 - 5:31] lot of big things planned out and I know a lot of people were stoked to see
[5:31 - 5:36] me drop another album but for me I'm more or less you know I've been doing
[5:36 - 5:41] music for so long that I am unfortunately burnt out on it and I kind
[5:41 - 5:46] of want to take a step back and focus on some other projects that I've been
[5:46 - 5:51] wanting to do over the years like you know jump back into working on my manga
[5:51 - 5:59] full-time working on you know my artwork that I haven't done in forever you know
[5:59 - 6:06] focus on writing again like I did when I was in high school you know and really
[6:06 - 6:10] just get back behind the wheel and focus on something that I'm good at and
[6:10 - 6:15] something that I'm naturally gifted with which is being behind the wheel so
[6:15 - 6:24] I'm definitely very very stoked to you know you know I'm definitely I'm
[6:24 - 6:29] definitely very stoked to be taking my career in a whole new direction that
[6:29 - 6:35] I've wanted to take but never had the ability to until recently so I'm very
[6:35 - 6:38] psyched about that
[6:38 - 6:44] I know the doctor didn't tell me to stop full-time they just told me to take it
[6:44 - 6:53] easy which I have been it's just I feel like for me you know like I have other
[6:53 - 6:58] things that I do want to do with my life and stuff that I've really been
[6:58 - 7:04] wanting to jump back on board with that I'm very stoked about that very excited
[7:04 - 7:14] about and no I'm not leaving YouTube I'm not leaving YouTube junior don't think
[7:14 - 7:21] that man I'm not leaving YouTube I'm just leaving music as a vocal artist
[7:21 - 7:26] I'm leaving music behind in the sense of being a vocal artist and stuff like
[7:26 - 7:32] that and I'm gonna be doing you know more behind the scenes kind of stuff
[7:32 - 7:37] like beat making as a matter of fact today I sent my little brother Bradley a
[7:37 - 7:46] pack of 22 beats that he's been eyeballing for the last freaking month
[7:46 - 7:53] that I made so I sent those over to him I've been jumping and getting back more
[7:53 - 7:59] into doing like a lot of my dark creepy weird artwork I've been doing stuff
[7:59 - 8:05] like that I've been jumping back into writing here and there once in a great
[8:05 - 8:11] while I've been jumping into that I've been gearing up for when I get game
[8:11 - 8:16] pass back here very soon I actually will be competing in the dirt five
[8:16 - 8:20] competition which I'm super stoked about because as you guys know I'm a
[8:20 - 8:28] very very big fan of rally cross racing now I'm not just a fan of f1 or NASCAR
[8:28 - 8:34] or drift or formula drift and drag I'm also a very huge fan of rally cross
[8:34 - 8:40] racing so it's definitely fun to jump back behind the wheel and do that again
[8:40 - 8:43] that's gonna be f1king dope

[12:30 - 12:37] like now is my time to step down so I can help make headway and make room
[12:37 - 12:44] for the next generation of artists that are gonna follow just like you know my
[12:44 - 12:50] mentor and good friend Koda Oda made way made headway for me
