[0:28 - 0:35] whom I have been dealing with for a little over five years now. I'm going to go over

[0:50 - 0:58] on how all this shit started with him. So as many of you guys know, or are well aware
[0:58 - 1:06] of the real Miss Jimmy Nicole, who was a fellow YouTuber and very dear friend of mine,
[1:06 - 1:20] she passed away last year. The cause of death is still very much unclear. And the reason
[1:20 - 1:28] why I say it's very much unclear is because I have certain people telling me that it was
[1:28 - 1:35] COVID and other people stating that it was murder. So therefore, for me, this, you know,
[1:35 - 1:45] her cause of death is unclear. Now, after her death, there were people spreading rumors
[1:45 - 1:53] about her death. You know, stating that Marty had something to do with it, and that's on
[1:53 - 2:01] the other. And I, you know, accused Marty of her death. Because I was being shown all
[2:01 - 2:09] this evidence and all these videos that she had killed her, that he had killed her. When
[2:09 - 2:20] I found out they were false videos, and that the evidence was fabricated to frame him,
[2:20 - 2:29] I went to him out of my own free will and apologized to him. Told him I was sorry for
[2:29 - 2:42] what I had done. And then I apologized. Okay. He sat right there in front of myself. And
[2:42 - 2:50] CryptK at the time, who you guys know I'm very good friends with, shot CryptK. He sat
[2:50 - 3:03] right there in front of CryptK and our friend Jasmine and said that he forgave me. Now,
[3:03 - 3:14] he turned around that next day and started to attack me, which is pretty fucked up. You
[3:14 - 3:23] know, it really is fucked up for him to do that. But these attacks continued on and off.
[3:23 - 3:30] But here towards the end of last year, they have gotten very, very bad. And I mean, so
[3:30 - 3:36] bad to the point to where I at one point did attempt to kill myself. And two of my best
[3:36 - 3:49] friends Brittany and Ted saved my life. They kept me from killing myself. Marty had sent
[3:49 - 3:54] rope to my house, sampled rope to my house at one point, and told me to kill myself
[3:54 - 3:59] on a livestream with my friend CryptK right there. And if you guys would like to know
[3:59 - 4:04] the title of the video, it's called Serious Talk with CryptK. You guys can go on my channel
[4:04 - 4:17] and look back at it. Now Marty is a very evil person. I have tried walking away from him.
[4:17 - 4:25] I have tried blocking him on all social media, on all platforms. I have gone to the police.
[4:25 - 4:33] The police will not do anything because they do not see it as a civil matter. Or they don't
[4:33 - 4:40] see it as a as a federal matter. They see it as civil, which means unless there are
[4:40 - 4:50] death threats involved, they will not do anything. Now, Marty, if you really think
[4:50 - 4:58] about it, has threatened my life. He has threatened my life by telling me to kill myself. That
[4:58 - 5:04] is a death threat. In every context of the world, that is a death threat. That is telling
[5:04 - 5:18] me to do bodily harm to myself. Now, everybody wants to know, why is Marty
[5:18 - 5:32] so obsessed with me? Well, I will explain that to you. Around April of last year, this
[5:32 - 5:45] guy named Juggalo John, who I no longer speak to, for very good reason, said that he wanted
[5:45 - 5:51] to fight me. So I went down to the community center and waited for him. He never showed
[5:51 - 5:59] up. So me and my ex Heather, we got back in my mom's car, went to come back. Marty
[5:59 - 6:06] sat right there and told me that he had feelings for me on a live stream, on Jamie's live stream
[6:06 - 6:15] because we were hanging out with Jamie at the time. It was me, Heather, Jamie, Sean Snipes,
[6:15 - 6:22] music biz Marty, and a couple others. But he sat right there and told me that he had feelings
[6:22 - 6:28] for me, that he was gay for me. And I wish to God I could find the stream, but I can.
[6:28 - 6:35] Like, I'll have to see if I can find it and repost it. But during that stream, I literally
[6:35 - 6:42] leaned out the window and puked and I told Marty, no, I'm not gay. Marty is obsessed with me
[6:42 - 6:52] because he has feelings for me and he cannot handle rejection. Marty is so obsessed with me
