[0:00 - 0:20] What's up, everybody?
[0:20 - 0:32] You guys may or may not know me.
[0:32 - 0:37] If you do know me from here, what's up?
[0:37 - 0:40] You guys don't know me.
[0:40 - 0:42] I am an interested in watching this.
[0:42 - 0:44] What's up, many of you?
[0:44 - 0:56] I'm more commonly known as Odd YouTube under the name Syrax.
[0:56 - 1:01] For those of you that follow me on YouTube that weren't genuine followers,
[1:01 - 1:03] first off, I do want to say thank you.
[1:03 - 1:05] You guys are awesome.
[1:05 - 1:11] Thank you all for checking in on me and seeing how I'm doing.
[1:11 - 1:19] But if you don't know, my name is Chance.
[1:19 - 1:23] Like I said, I go by the YouTube name Syrax.
[1:23 - 1:25] Well, I did.
[1:25 - 1:32] And my story begins about 8 months ago where I was trolled.
[1:32 - 1:37] Essentially, I was catfished.
[1:37 - 1:44] And after being catfished, I started getting bullied a lot.
[1:44 - 1:52] And when I mean by a lot, I mean these people were going after my family,
[1:52 - 1:56] going after my friends.
[1:56 - 2:00] At one point, one of the YouTubers that has been bullying me,
[2:00 - 2:03] that goes by the name of William Gloryhole,
[2:03 - 2:10] he had actually caused my biological father to...
[2:10 - 2:19] He had teamed up with another YouTuber by the name of MusicBizMarty, who's another troll.
[2:19 - 2:26] They had basically teamed up to cause my biological father to lose his job
[2:26 - 2:31] to where he had to find a new one.
[2:31 - 2:35] I actually had a really good paying job myself.
[2:35 - 2:42] I was actually an audio engineer for my former friend and partner, you know,
[2:42 - 2:46] and his small gaming company that he had.
[2:46 - 2:51] I was an audio engineer making 150 a day.
[2:51 - 3:00] I had lost my friendship with my best friend of 10 years, Sean Sands, because of it.
[3:00 - 3:03] And that one hurt me the most.
[3:03 - 3:08] Like losing my best friend of 10 years definitely hurt me the most.
[3:08 - 3:15] Because Sean had been around since the very, very beginning when I first started YouTube.
[3:15 - 3:20] And it was hard.
[3:20 - 3:25] It definitely was very hard to deal with.
[3:25 - 3:32] But nothing can prepare me for what happened over these past few months.
[3:32 - 3:36] Over these past few weeks.
[3:43 - 3:52] People like William Gloryhole have been harassing me so bad
[3:52 - 3:58] that the police had to get involved.
[3:58 - 4:02] But sadly nothing got done.
[4:02 - 4:12] These people had gone so far as to hack into my Facebook and my Discord.
[4:12 - 4:18] And post private photos and videos between me and my exes
[4:18 - 4:26] to adult websites such as X-Videos, X-Hamster, Pornhub,
[4:26 - 4:31] and various other sites like that.
[4:31 - 4:34] And many of you might not know what Kiwi Farms is,
[4:34 - 4:42] but they have made a Kiwi Farms page about me harassing me.
[4:42 - 4:51] And this kind of stuff had escalated from that to just last week.
[4:51 - 4:55] Actually not even last week, a couple days ago.
[4:55 - 5:03] I got sent a dead baby pig still inside the fetus,
[5:03 - 5:11] still inside the fetal sac by William Gloryhole and his friends.
[5:11 - 5:17] And to be honest, I got sick.
[5:17 - 5:30] And it was things like these that pushed me to realize that maybe I need to step away from YouTube.
[5:30 - 5:37] And many of you may or may not know, but yesterday I did delete my YouTube channel.
[5:37 - 5:45] After making a short livestream saying my goodbyes.
[5:45 - 5:50] Another thing that pushed me to leave not only was it because I was being bullied and trolled
[5:50 - 5:54] and the proper authorities weren't doing anything,
[5:54 - 6:06] but I just wanted to give back to my roots doing music.
[6:06 - 6:12] I wanted to give back to doing what I love to do.
[6:12 - 6:19] The last album I put out was back in 2018, and I had not made an album since then.
[6:19 - 6:28] I had had drafts and ideas, but I never really put one out.
[6:28 - 6:35] And I really wanted to give back to doing stuff like my music.
[6:35 - 6:38] You know, spending time with friends and family,
[6:38 - 6:48] because I haven't really been able to spend time with my family or my friends as much as I would like to.
[6:48 - 6:55] Another reason too, and that's due to my friends and family,
[6:55 - 7:02] is that many of you guys are probably going to watch this on YouTube.
[7:02 - 7:08] Many of you guys probably know my best friend and brother, Jake,
[7:08 - 7:15] that you guys have given the name to him of Hillbilly Jake.
[7:15 - 7:23] If you guys don't know, Jake is my best friend and has been my best friend for 15 years.
[7:23 - 7:26] We practically grew up together.
[7:26 - 7:32] We came up together through high school from freshman year all the way through.
[7:32 - 7:38] He's been my best friend for about 14 to 15, actually going on 16 years now.
[7:38 - 7:44] It's been a while.
[7:44 - 7:48] But he's not been doing so good lately.
[7:48 - 7:55] He's been very, very sick and may end up in the hospital on Monday.
[7:55 - 7:59] And that's been really weighing on my mind.
[7:59 - 8:05] I wanted to also take time away to be there for my best friend.
[8:05 - 8:09] Jake, to me, is more than a friend.
[8:09 - 8:15] He's pretty much my little brother.
[8:15 - 8:25] He's family, and I want to be there for him.
[8:25 - 8:29] I want to be able to be there for him as much as possible,
[8:29 - 8:34] and make sure that whatever this crap is that he's got,
[8:34 - 8:44] and that's got him better than he gets through this.
[8:44 - 8:57] I got tired of not being able to be around my friends or my family
[8:57 - 9:09] because I've always been putting it off and putting it off.
[9:09 - 9:17] Hey, April Merry Christmas.
[9:17 - 9:31] But, you know, I got tired of being bullied.
[9:31 - 9:35] I got tired of being harassed.
[9:35 - 9:47] And yesterday when I left, I took a very, very long hard look at, you know,
[9:47 - 9:56] the way YouTube is going, and right now it is a very, very toxic place.
[9:56 - 10:01] It's not been a fun one to be around.
[10:01 - 10:13] I absolutely don't see how anybody could stay on that platform at this point.
[10:13 - 10:21] But, you know, I especially wanted to get back to doing, you know,
[10:21 - 10:25] stuff that I started doing in the beginning.
[10:25 - 10:29] You know, my artwork that a lot of you guys here on Facebook
[10:29 - 10:32] have loved my artwork over the years.
[10:32 - 10:43] Many of you I've been friends with for a very, very long time.
[10:43 - 10:46] Especially the art crew that I was part of.
[10:46 - 10:51] Some of you guys were part of that group and a shot to my art crew.
[10:51 - 10:53] I fucking love you guys.
[10:53 - 10:54] You guys know who you are.
[10:54 - 10:55] I fucking love you all.
[10:55 - 10:56] You guys are awesome.
[10:56 - 10:58] Keep up that awesome artwork.
[10:58 - 11:00] I fucking love it.
[11:00 - 11:03] Also a huge shout out to the weird art group.
[11:03 - 11:05] I fucking love you guys.
[11:05 - 11:06] The weird art group.
[11:06 - 11:08] You guys are fucking awesome.
[11:08 - 11:11] I love every single one of you guys.
[11:11 - 11:14] I freaking love that crazy artwork you guys do.
[11:14 - 11:15] Absolutely love it.
[11:15 - 11:22] Huge fan of all the artwork I'm seeing.
[11:22 - 11:27] I'm like, you know, I really wanted to get back to doing, you know,
[11:27 - 11:32] what I love to do with my artwork, my music,
[11:32 - 11:38] and just get back to the things that matter most to me.
[11:38 - 11:41] And I know a lot of you guys that are probably going to watch
[11:41 - 11:46] on YouTube may not have gotten the answers that you wanted.
[11:46 - 11:48] And that's understandable.
[11:48 - 11:52] I understand why you guys were going and asking.
[11:52 - 11:59] But just know that right now I'm not ready to come back.
[11:59 - 12:06] And may not be coming back for a very, very long time.
[12:06 - 12:13] Because I want to take time to focus on myself, my family, my friends.
[12:13 - 12:17] You know, having a normal life again.
[12:17 - 12:20] And, you know, just doing what I love to do.
[12:20 - 12:27] And, you know, building my music back up to where I can actually start
[12:27 - 12:32] making money from it again and actually enjoying my music.
[12:32 - 12:37] And actually putting out music that, you know, I want to put out,
[12:37 - 12:41] that I've been wanting to put out for the last several years now.
[12:47 - 12:53] I mean, I've done everything from hip hop to metal chords,
[12:53 - 12:55] you know, new metal.
[12:55 - 13:03] I've done, you know, a couple of dubstep albums and stuff like that.
[13:03 - 13:08] But I just really wanted to explore my roots, you know,
[13:08 - 13:12] doing, you know, just basic stuff.
[13:12 - 13:17] Experimenting with sounds and, you know, creating weird music that,
[13:17 - 13:24] you know, I know is going to be going down a different path.
[13:24 - 13:28] Then most genres, it's definitely going to be standing out more than most.
[13:28 - 13:30] It's going to be very, very weird.
[13:30 - 13:34] But it's also going to be a lot of fun and very calming.
[13:34 - 13:40] There's going to be a lot of calming elements in the music that I'm working on.
[13:40 - 13:46] And, you know, I kind of wanted to push that more to kind of show that side of myself
[13:46 - 13:50] and kind of show people like, you know, not only do I do hip hop,
[13:50 - 13:55] not only do I do, you know, rap and stuff like that,
[13:55 - 14:04] but I also, you know, can do, you know, classical piano and classical violin work
[14:04 - 14:10] and, you know, soundscape music and adding different elements into that.
[14:10 - 14:16] And I kind of really want to explore that and put out, you know,
[14:16 - 14:20] a few albums that are based around that.
[14:20 - 14:25] And that's something I've been wanting to do for a very, very long time.
[14:25 - 14:27] And, oh, pardon me.
[14:27 - 14:33] And now that I've left YouTube, I feel like, you know, I can finally do that.
[14:33 - 14:40] You know, I can finally explore, you know, that side and kind of show people like, hey,
[14:40 - 14:46] not only do I do, you know, these other genres that your typical artists would do,
[14:46 - 14:51] like, you know, everything from suicide, silence type stuff,
[14:51 - 14:55] corn style stuff, disturbed, all that stuff.
[14:55 - 15:02] But, you know, also be able to show people that, you know, yes, I can do, you know,
[15:02 - 15:05] my person, my personal favorite band in the world,
[15:05 - 15:11] and R.I.P. Massive Resident East, their lead vocalist, Chester,
[15:11 - 15:16] who was actually one of my heroes.
[15:16 - 15:22] But, you know, music like What Lincoln Park Does and drawing inspiration from that.
[15:22 - 15:30] And, you know, kind of showing my classical side of people that I grew up listening to,
[15:30 - 15:38] like Beethoven, Bach, you know, people like that that I grew up listening to in school
[15:38 - 15:43] and, you know, adding in elements of violin.
[15:43 - 15:49] You know, I'm being inspired by one of my personal favorite violin, Swinsey Sterling,
[15:49 - 15:57] who's been a major impact for, you know, a lot of my violin work inside of a lot of my,
[15:57 - 16:02] you know, instrumental stuff.
[16:02 - 16:12] But, you know, it's just been a lot going on with YouTube that is not fun to deal with,
[16:12 - 16:16] and it's been very, very hard for me to deal with.
[16:16 - 16:26] And at one point, the bullying actually got so bad that I thank God for my family and my friends
[16:26 - 16:29] being there when they were.
[16:29 - 16:35] But it had gotten so bad.
[16:35 - 16:40] Like, the bullying and their harassment had gotten so bad over these last few months
[16:40 - 16:47] that twice on one of my bully's live streams when I was confronting them,
[16:47 - 16:54] I almost took my own life.
[16:54 - 17:05] And it was very difficult because that's how far these people had pushed me.
[17:05 - 17:15] And all you said, I thank God for my family and friends being there for me both times that I was in that position.
[17:15 - 17:28] And, you know, it just saddens me that the authorities won't do anything about people like this.
[17:28 - 17:39] I had actually just found out yesterday that the YouTuber that's been really harassing me the most, William Goreal,
[17:39 - 17:50] I had actually found out that a few months prior to me, he had actually caused five different people to end their own lives.
[17:50 - 18:02] He had pushed and bullied five other individuals very similar to myself to end their lives.
[18:02 - 18:10] And it's sad because the authorities won't do anything about this guy.
[18:10 - 18:19] And, you know, when I found that out, my heart just broke for their families.
[18:19 - 18:28] My heart broke in a million different pieces for these people's families.
[18:33 - 18:40] Like, these people had lost their lives because of a bully.
[18:40 - 18:52] And that wasn't fair to them or their families that their lives got cut short due to a bully.
[18:52 - 19:13] And, you know, as sad as it is, there's really nothing that can be done because the authorities aren't taking, you know, these individuals that do this kind of stuff serious.
[19:14 - 19:23] And that's what's so sad is that, you know, the authorities aren't taking these people very seriously when they should be.
[19:24 - 19:52] Like, I can't even begin to, you know, imagine, you know, what their families went through.
[19:52 - 20:08] After they had lost these innocent lives to suicide because of people like William Goreal and because of William Goreal.
[20:08 - 20:11] And it's sad.
[20:11 - 20:21] And looking back on that, like, I'm glad that my friends and my family were there to save my life.
[20:23 - 20:30] And to stop me from going through with what I would have done.
[20:35 - 20:43] But that's why I left YouTube, was because of how negative things have gotten.
[20:53 - 21:11] And I can honestly say that things started getting really bad after my good friend and fellow YouTuber, Jamie Nicole, had actually lost her life due to an overdose.
[21:12 - 21:23] And that really hit hard because I had first met Jamie through YouTube and we had collaborated together on a bunch of different live streams and videos and stuff.
[21:23 - 21:30] And she was, like, on live streams, she would troll me and stuff, which was fine.
[21:30 - 21:34] But outside of YouTube, she was the sweetest lady ever.
[21:34 - 21:40] Like, she was one of the coolest people you could ever meet in your life.
[21:40 - 21:55] And, you know, after she passed, that's when, you know, a lot of things started going downhill and got progressively worse to where they were at until I left.
[21:56 - 22:08] So, to be honest with you, for those of you that are going to watch this on YouTube, and probably are watching this on YouTube,
[22:08 - 22:17] I am sorry to disappoint you that I'm not coming back out to my fans.
[22:17 - 22:21] I'm sorry that I'm not coming back.
[22:21 - 22:24] But I have to do what's best for me.
[22:24 - 22:30] I have to think about my friends and my family.
[22:30 - 22:38] You know, I have to do what's good for my mental health, for my family's well-being.
[22:39 - 22:49] Because being around people like William and Gloria, and all them, it's not good.
[22:49 - 22:54] It's very, very, it's very toxic.
[22:54 - 23:02] It's very toxic.
[23:02 - 23:10] And I can honestly say I would not wish what happened to me on my worst enemy.
[23:10 - 23:14] I would not wish that on anyone.
[23:14 - 23:15] Period.
[23:15 - 23:20] I would not wish the things I've gone through on anyone.
[23:20 - 23:25] Like, no one deserves that.
[23:25 - 23:31] But everyone that will be watching this on YouTube, I'm sure.
[23:31 - 23:42] For those that did genuinely support me, I just want to say thank you for everything that you've done for me.
[23:42 - 23:44] You guys are awesome.
[23:44 - 23:55] And I can't thank you guys enough for, you know, supporting me like you had through all these years.
[23:55 - 24:05] Like, you guys have been there for me through so much.
[24:05 - 24:08] And I can't thank you guys enough.
[24:08 - 24:21] And I do hope that you guys, you know, do continue to follow me into the next chapter of my life as, you know, I start back up doing my artwork again.
[24:21 - 24:26] Which I will be posting on here and on my Instagram.
[24:26 - 24:32] I am going to be making a new Instagram strictly for my artwork.
[24:32 - 24:39] I actually have one piece right here that I'll actually show you guys in just a second.
[24:39 - 24:43] You know, so I can also start, you know, focusing on my music again.
[24:43 - 24:49] Like I said, I'm very, I'm very excited to be doing, you know, my music again.
[24:49 - 24:53] Like for sure, I'm very excited about that.
[24:53 - 25:03] Because I can actually finally be free from the stuff that I've been dealing with.
[25:03 - 25:14] And it just, it feels good to be, you know, freed from, you know, where I was essentially trapped for several, several months.
[25:14 - 25:17] I was trapped.
[25:17 - 25:35] And it feels good to finally be free to that stuff. It really does.
[25:35 - 25:43] Hey, bro, I will message you here in a bit.
[25:43 - 25:47] Hey, Gregory, what's good, buddy?
[25:47 - 25:52] Long time no see, brother. How you been?
[25:52 - 25:59] Yo, Josh, what's up, bro? How you doing, broski? Long time no see, man. How you been?
[25:59 - 26:06] I need to call your ass later on, dude. We definitely need to hang, man. I haven't talked to you in a while.
[26:06 - 26:12] It's been a minute, dude. A long minute.
[26:12 - 26:21] But if you guys can just a moment, I'll be right back. I'm actually going to go step right over here, right behind the screen here and over there.
[26:21 - 26:39] Yeah, I'll show you guys a few of the art pieces that I've done over the last, I'd say eight, nine months.
[26:39 - 26:42] So I'm going to grab those and I'll be right back.
[26:42 - 26:47] Sean to Josh, man. What's good, brother?
[27:09 - 27:26] Alright, I'll just set these right here so I can show you all.
[27:26 - 27:33] I'll try to set them right here.
[27:33 - 27:40] First off, you got this little dude. I'm going to go through these and kind of briefly show you guys some of the work I've done.
[27:40 - 27:46] I got that little dude right there. This one, I definitely had a lot of fun doing.
[27:46 - 27:58] This one, I kind of got inspired by watching Tim Burton.
[27:58 - 28:10] Like you've been seeing, dude, things have been very, very weird and very tough.
[28:10 - 28:16] But this piece right here, I can honestly say is probably my most prized one.
[28:16 - 28:22] This one I actually did post it on the Facebook Marketplace and it didn't really go anywhere.
[28:22 - 28:28] But this one actually took me like two and a half days to do the whole thing.
[28:28 - 28:35] It took two and a half days to do just the outline.
[28:35 - 28:41] And then it took another two to actually go in and do the shading.
[28:41 - 28:55] But I got this really cool stained glass looking piece right there.
[28:55 - 29:00] And this one right here is actually probably one of my more favorite ones.
[29:00 - 29:10] And I got another similar one which didn't take as long but it is kind of a tile set that you can kind of flip and mix and match.
[29:10 - 29:21] However you want the panel wise, you can, you know, put them however you want to put them.
[29:21 - 29:33] And this one took me like about a half hour to do which is a simple flat sunset type piece.
[29:33 - 29:44] And then I have like three versions of this which is a city skyline.
[29:44 - 29:56] I have like the small one and then I have this one right here and then I have an actual bigger one which I'm going to show you in a minute.
[29:56 - 30:00] So let me get to it here.
[30:00 - 30:04] And I have that right there which like I said is the largest one out of all of them.
[30:04 - 30:11] It's, you know, a typical city skyline piece.
[30:11 - 30:15] And then I recently came across this thing called drip art which was super cool.
[30:15 - 30:18] I recently started watching some of that.
[30:18 - 30:22] And I saved about four months ago.
[30:22 - 30:26] I did these two right here.
[30:26 - 30:31] I got that piece right there.
[30:31 - 30:33] And then I got this one right here.
[30:33 - 30:35] And both of these are super fun dudes.
[30:35 - 30:39] I didn't know what drip art was until like I actually started looking at it.
[30:39 - 30:43] And it was, I actually had a lot of fun doing these ones.
[30:43 - 30:48] Right on my table we came in my desk where I do my music and shit.
[30:48 - 30:52] Thankfully I had everything put up but dude it was a mess to clean up.
[30:52 - 31:06] But like because of all the paint seeping down off the canvas and onto the desk but trust me these are well worth it.
[31:06 - 31:18] And then I also got a couple of darker pieces that people like which this one was actually largely inspired by a lot of my dark digital artistry that I've done.
[31:18 - 31:26] Which is that piece right there is one of my more darker ones.
[31:26 - 31:29] It's got that horror film kind of vibe to it.
[31:29 - 31:31] Definitely very weird.
[31:31 - 31:38] Definitely very dark.
[31:38 - 31:42] And now I've got this one right here that's very similar.
[31:42 - 31:48] This one is more or less kind of inspired by the grudge film.
[31:48 - 31:51] That little boy that meows like a cat.
[31:51 - 31:56] How he kind of gets up close with the on the camera.
[31:56 - 32:01] I kind of got something very similar to that.
[32:01 - 32:11] Like these are just a few of you know the ones that I've done over the you know last few months.
[32:12 - 32:15] But like I'm getting back into stuff like that.
[32:15 - 32:22] I also have another larger one that's not finished yet that I am going to start working on probably this weekend.
[32:22 - 32:28] I'll probably end up working on it this weekend if I'm not doing anything.
[32:28 - 32:33] But yeah.
[32:33 - 32:39] I just want to give you guys nothing but you all know what's going on for all y'all that are on YouTube.
[32:39 - 32:48] Hopefully you guys you know understand now why I left and just how hard things have been for me.
[32:48 - 32:51] Things have definitely not been easy.
[32:51 - 33:02] They've been very very difficult and I can honestly say you know it does feel good to you know finally be freed from.
[33:02 - 33:10] You know the hellhole of YouTube so to speak.
[33:10 - 33:16] Like yesterday I actually slept in for the first time in almost 10 months.
[33:16 - 33:20] Like I actually had a normal day.
[33:20 - 33:31] Like I slept from like freaking 10 o'clock in the night to like nine the next morning woke up had breakfast with my family.
[33:31 - 33:38] We grabbed a cup of coffee camp here started working on music for about an hour or so.
[33:38 - 33:51] And then I sat down and I just chilled out watched some anime and then gained out with some of my friends that I haven't gained out with in like a long long time.
[33:51 - 33:53] And it feels good.
[33:53 - 34:00] It felt good to actually have a normal life again for once like it felt really good.
[34:01 - 34:07] And because for me family is definitely you know important.
[34:07 - 34:13] Like for me family is everything.
[34:13 - 34:23] Which is why I always say in a lot of my songs that have to do with family that's why I always say the line family over everything.
[34:23 - 34:42] Because for me my family is everything and you know without them especially with going through when I went through I probably would not be here today if it wasn't for them.
[34:42 - 34:46] So I literally owe them everything.
[34:46 - 34:54] But for those of you that are going to be watching this on YouTube like I said I know this is a long long video.
[34:54 - 35:10] But I do hope that you guys understand now you know why I left and why I did what I did.
[35:10 - 35:28] And for all y'all that are going to try to go through you know my friends don't do it just you know don't be going after my brother Jake like he's very very sick and doesn't need this stress right now.
[35:28 - 35:35] So I'm asking y'all kindly to please like bring all y'all trolls on YouTube.
[35:35 - 35:40] Not you guys on Facebook you guys on Facebook you're fine y'all are cool.
[35:40 - 35:51] But for all the trolls over on YouTube that are going to try to start shit I'm asking y'all to please just be respectful and leave them alone.
[35:51 - 35:54] Let the man get better.
[35:54 - 36:06] And then if you want to talk shit talk shit but it's not going to affect me or him anyway.
[36:06 - 36:14] So like I said just please respect the man you know.
[36:14 - 36:28] Don't go after him or his family that's all I ask just leave him alone you know leave his family alone because they've got enough going on already.
[36:29 - 36:36] But to my best friend Jake he came my little brother who just happens to be taller than me.
[36:36 - 36:39] He's a fucking tall ass son of a bitch.
[36:39 - 36:41] I hope he sees us bro.
[36:41 - 36:46] I want you to know that lovey bub and shout out to your mom and dad.
[36:46 - 36:48] He came my mom and papa.

[38:24 - 38:33] But just know that and you are definitely seeing a lot more posts from me about music artwork.
[38:33 - 38:40] Uh I'm possibly gonna be opening up a shop soon for my artwork and my music I don't know yet.
[38:40 - 38:47] Um but it's definitely crossed my mind a few times actually starting to shop back up.
[38:47 - 38:52] Um hopefully you know I'll be able to do that.
[38:52 - 38:57] But uh yeah just want to say I love y'all.
