[1:04 - 1:21] pregnant with Leah last year back in May. Heather's ex, Pedro ran off, abandoned her
[1:21 - 1:39] and the baby. Now Heather was working at the Southern Hands farm when her and Jessica ended
[1:39 - 1:47] up dating and getting married. Now Heather didn't notice at the time, but Jessica was
[1:47 - 1:57] using her to get a baby. So, you know, the day Leah was born, Heather's coming down
[1:57 - 2:03] off the epidural and the pain meds. So at that point in time, she wasn't coherent.
[2:03 - 2:12] She wasn't able to make a sound decision. Jessica decided to take and take advantage
[2:12 - 2:25] of Heather and put her name on the birth certificate, claiming to be the father. Now,
[2:25 - 2:34] fast forward to when me and Heather got together, Heather and Jessica were mutually split up.
[2:34 - 2:39] You know, it was a mutual thing. But also another thing that not a lot of people realize
[2:39 - 2:45] about the wedding is that, during Heather and Jessica's honeymoon, Jessica brought
[2:45 - 2:55] a guy home. Instead of having sex with Heather, she had sex with a guy. Now, by law, if you
[2:55 - 3:02] do not consummate your marriage, you are not legally married. They never consummated the
[3:02 - 3:13] marriage. Therefore, Jessica and Heather were never illegally married. Now, like I said,
[3:13 - 3:18] fast forward to when me and Heather got together. I knew Heather had two kids and I loved those
[3:18 - 3:23] two to death. Absolutely. I loved Elliot and Leah to death as if they were my own flesh
[3:23 - 3:32] and blood. Now, fast forward to the week of Heather moving up here. Jessica and me
[3:32 - 3:38] and Heather all sat down and talked about it. We all talked about it and Jessica was
[3:38 - 3:43] cool with Heather moving up here. And the original plan was to get stuff set up for
[3:43 - 3:51] Leah up here and then go back and get Leah once we have everything signed. Now, fast
[3:51 - 4:01] forward to the night that Heather goes to leave and come up here. About an hour before
[4:01 - 4:10] we get down there to Laurel, Mississippi, Jessica tells Heather that either she's to
[4:10 - 4:21] leave Leah there or the cops will be called when that is Heather's own flesh and blood
[4:21 - 4:30] daughter. See, Jessica's plan the whole time was to use Heather to have a baby. Instead
[4:30 - 4:40] of adopting or trying to have a surrogate. What did Jessica do? Jessica went out and
[4:40 - 4:52] decided to take Heather's baby from her, which is not right by any means. Now, Jessica,
