2019-2-22 Jason DAvid Frank Mask Spoken word Poem Reaction

[0:00 - 0:22] What's up guys it's your boy the NucleaReactor welcome back to the reaction chamber and today I wanted to do a very special reaction to a video that one of my personal childhood heroes as well as a very good friend to me and a very big supporter of my artwork.
[0:22 - 0:32] Jason David Frank if you guys don't know who he is he's an actor, mostly known for his role as Tommy Oliver on Power Rangers.
[0:32 - 0:46] He actually started up a new vlog series a couple days ago called Spoken Truth on his official YouTube channel which I will leave the link for that in the description.
[0:46 - 1:00] Now I didn't know that he posted it up but he actually wrote a poem and I've not heard it yet or seen it.
[1:00 - 1:19] But I wanted to you know just react to it and stuff because you know like, not only, you know, you know, like I said not only is he you know one of my childhood heroes and idols, but this is something that you know it's very real to him.
[1:19 - 1:28] You know it's very real to him and who knows I mean maybe this will make me see things in a whole new way. And I hope it does the same for you guys.

[1:56 - 2:00] This is a story of a mask we all wear in life.
[2:00 - 2:02] It's becoming so hard.
[2:02 - 2:05] I can't lose the fight.
[2:05 - 2:14] You start to wonder, and you begin to ask, is this me, or is this just a mask?
[2:14 - 2:18] You start to think, your mind goes blank.
[2:18 - 2:27] It's like you're staring at a ghost.
[2:27 - 2:32] Close my eyes, my body is shaken in fear.
[2:32 - 2:36] Please God don't let this be.
[2:36 - 2:50] I realize this is still me, and I grab my face and try to remove it. I know this ain't me, but I gotta prove it. I yell out loud, it's just a mask. I'm talking, I'm pulling.
[2:50 - 2:53] This becomes the task.
[2:53 - 3:04] My heart starts to race and skip and beat. I'm like a little kid who's stomping at his feet. This is it. I have a grip, I see it's ripping. It's starting to hurt. I even felt it.
[3:04 - 3:10] And it won't come off because it has melted.
[3:10 - 3:33] I shake my head and please this is wrong. I teach you all to wear it for so long.
[3:33 - 3:36] Damn.
[3:36 - 3:50] Dude, I got fucking, I got chills right now. That was some real deep stuff, like, you know, and he's right, you know, when you do something for so long.
[3:50 - 4:02] You know, when you pretend to be happy but you're really not, it's like you're wearing a mask and eventually, you know, that mask.
[4:02 - 4:11] You know, it becomes part of you and you eventually forget who you really are.
[4:11 - 4:16] You know, like, that's some real stuff now, like, damn.
[4:16 - 4:25] You know, oh my god, there's no words to describe how emotional and amazing that was.
[4:25 - 4:32] You know, definite, definite props. You know, a major shout out to Jason.
[4:32 - 4:37] I love what you did with that man. That was truly, truly incredible.
[4:37 - 4:45] You know, like, that was, oh my god, like, there's no words to describe how amazing that was, man.
