2014-5-20 Zero Tolerance Law

[0:00 - 0:29] Hey, what's going on YouTube? Today I want to talk about a certain topic. The name? No tolerance law. In some cases I can agree with it and others I can't. The one I want to talk about is self defense. A bomb. Why am I putting the no tolerance law? You need to take it out.
[0:30 - 0:48] If someone is fighting you and you can't get away from that person, you can't help but defend yourself. You have a right to defend yourself. Change the law. Change where it stands.
[0:49 - 1:17] Come on, a fine. And being arrested for defending yourself, you can't always get to a safe place. Sometimes you're going to have to fight back. You need to change the law. You really do. There's just a lot of kids like myself who were bullied in school and throughout high school.
[1:18 - 1:26] And you cannot tell me that you weren't one of those kids that had it rough.
[1:27 - 1:55] What I don't get is how you can sit there and arrest somebody who is clearly defending themselves against an attacker. Like if I'm trapped in a corner, like a literal corner, and I'm getting attacked, my first instinct automatically by reaction is to fight back and defend myself.
[1:56 - 2:11] So I don't get where you're getting off with all this crap of "Oh there should be no fighting allowed" and whatever. And I can agree with that. There really shouldn't be.
[2:12 - 2:33] But when it comes to defending yourself, everybody has a right to defend themselves. Everyone. Me, you, the people watching this video right now, you all have a right to defend yourself. It's time we made a change. And that change needs to come now.
[2:36 - 3:03] You all have a right to fight back against bullying. Sometimes when the attacker attacks you, you can't always get away. Sometimes you can't even get away. But honestly, this law needs to change. We need to make a difference in this.

They get picked on, bullied, beat up, and defend themselves. And when they defend themselves, they get arrested, punished, and everything else.
[4:18 - 4:39] I was a kid who just recently got arrested for defending himself. Well, not really arrested, but in trouble with the cops. He got a $600 fine for defending himself, for self defense, which he has a right to do.
[4:44 - 5:11] And you know, I just, it's like Obama. What are you thinking? I mean, it's one thing when you're in school, the no tolerance. I can understand. But come on. This is the real world. There's going to be people that attack you. There's going to be people that you're literally going to have to fight.
[5:11 - 5:37] Really, for those of you who are getting beat up, bullied, and who are fighting back, getting in trouble for it, you're not about it. I'm here to help. We're going to change this along, and we're going to do it together.
[5:38 - 5:58] You see this right here? This this? This is not a fist of violence. I do not promote violence. I promote self defense. The right to defend.
[5:59 - 6:07] If somebody is being attacked for no reason and they cannot defend themselves, I will stand up and defend.
